Siivouspäivä tänäänkin. Taiteltiin tallin katoille turhaan laittamamme pressut pois tieltä ja siivoiltiin katontekijöiden roskat. Siirsimme myös yhden puutavarapinon pois keskeltä pihaa. Ja kun olimme vihdoin paikan päällä päivänvalolla niin kuviakin sai taas otettua.

Telineet purettiin maanantaina ja kate asennettiin keskiviikkona ja nyt näyttää tältä:

Raksa-biilin kulmakin näköjään häämöttää tuossa. Se vain on saanut uuden nimen ja tunnetaan nykyään nimellä Kusti. Miksiköhän?

Tuohon katoksen sivuille tulee vielä rimoitus, vrt. Plan3D suunnitelma:

Talli vastakkaisesta suunnasta:

Yksi pieni yllätys suunnittelun kukkasen muodossakin on tullut ilmi. Kun on liian monta kokkia, tulee… no, soppa. Yllä olevassa kuvassa näkyvä ylin ikkuna on lähinnä ulkonäön vuoksi ja jää kylmään yläpohjaan. Niinpä ei onneksi haittaa että yksi reunimmaisen kattotuolin lankuista on juuri ikkunan kohdalla estäen ikkunan avaamisen. Täytyy varmaan maalata ko. lankku mustaksi tuosta kohtaa, muuten se loistaa ikkunasta vaikka mihin:

Vinkiksi siis muille; huomioikaa kaikki mahdolliset asiat. Ja mahdottomat myös. Sekä ne, jotka ei edes tule kenellekkään mieleen.

Nyt sitten odotellaan jännityksellä tiistaita ja talopaketin saapumista.

Näin osastolta ”ihme ja kumma” ajateltuna, perinteisestä harjakatosta on pitkällistä kokemusta (kestävyys, hyvät ja huonot puolet) mutta entäs tälläinen ”porrastettu” harjamalli? Onko siinä jotain ns. heikkoa kohtaa? Vai onko tämä vähän hassu kyssäri…

  4. Anne, en tosiaankaan ole mikään asiantuntija, mutta ei kai tuo (tai mikään muukaan) kattomuoto sinänsä erityisen huono ole. Toki jokaisen voi varmaan sössiä miljoonalla eri tavalla. Eli jos tehdään hyvin, niin varmaan kaikki mallit toimii.
    Heikkona kohtana, tai sellaisena joka vaatii erityistä huolellisuutta tuossa voi ehkä nähdä alemman lappeen yläosan katteen tiivistyksen seinään.

    Linuksenäiti, tuollaisen luonnoksen voi kuka vaan tehdä Plan3D-ohjelmalla :-)

  6. Talli tilattiin talopaketin kanssa Teri-Taloilta. Arkkitehtimme suunnitteli.

    Vaikea sanoa mitä pelkkä talli tule maksamaan, kun lähes kaikki urakat yms. sisältävät sekä tallia että taloa.

    Tallin osuus talopakettikaupasta oli jotain vajaa 20000 €:n luokkaa. Siis valmiit ulkoseinäelementit, pystytettynä ja katto päällä + kulkuovi varastoon ja nosto-ovi kauko-ohjauksella. Ilman eristeitä, siis kylmä talli. Tai siis eristämme sen itse myöhemmin.

    Siihen sitten vielä lisäksi suunnittelua, paalutusta, perustuksia, lattian valua, LVIS:ää ja timpurin hommia yms.
