Tuulettuvan alapohjan luukku on tilattu Puukeskuksen kautta. Luukku itsessään on Duuri Oy:n mallistoa. Se kun pitää olla lämpöeristetty, sekä kaasutiivis radonin takia. Aiemmin mainitut lukot ja kahvat on myös tilattu, toimittajana Tuusulan Lukko Oy. Vesimittarin asennus pitää vielä tilata.
