Lupasin lisää hintatietoja aiemmin. Keittiö on jo käsitelty, joten tässä muutamia muita hintoja saamistamme tarjouksista:

  • Sauna noin 3700 €, sisältäen lämpöleppä-muotolaudepaketin, paneelit, listat, valaisimen sekä lasiseinän ja -oven.
  • Terassin lasitus asennettuna, noin 3700 – 4000 €.
  • Lasikaiteiset, teräsrakenteiset portaat ylätasanteella, asennettuna,  noin 6400 – 8400 €.
  • Sähkösuunnittelu, perinteisin systeemein (ei väylätekniikkaa), noin 700 – 1300 €.
  • LVI suunnittelu, noin 1200 €.

Jos jollakulla on tiedossa hyvä LVI-suunnittelija, saa antaa vinkin! Meillä on vasta yksi tarjous ja siinäkin on paha aikatauluongelma.

Muutamin poikkeuksin tarjouksia tuntuu olevan kaiken kaikkiaan vaikeaa saada. Sähköposteihin ei vastata ja puhelimessa luvattuja tarjouksia ei ikinä kuulu. Kummallista; miksi pitää nettisivuja ja laittaa sinne yhteystiedot, jos tarjouspyyntöihinkään ei vastata? Ei liene vaikeaa arvata, mistä ostamme tavaroita ja palveluita. Niiltä joita asia kiinnostaa vai niiltä joita se ei kiinnosta?

Talopakettitarjouksetkin ovat kaikki vihdoin saapuneet. Tai ainakin niiltä, joilta tarjouksen uskoimmekin saavamme. Muiden osalta olemme luopuneet toivosta. Näistä lisää myöhemmin.

  3. kyselit myös maaurakointifirmoja ja paalutuksesta yms.

    nämä asiat meillä sujui todella hyvin, joten näitä firmoja uskallan suositella.
    Maatyöt ja perustukset teki meille Tekson http://www.tekson.fi (Nurmijärveläinen firma) joka maatöissä käytti aliurakointina Bekasonia (www.bekason.fi). Bekasonin (ja erityisesti Nikon) puolesta voin aina mainita kiitoksen sanat!!

    Paalutuksen kävi meillä tekemässä
    Heimo Tamminen, saatiin sieltä edullisin tarjous ja homma sujui hyvin. Itse ei koskaan paaluttajaa edes tavattu, sen verran sujuvasti asiat hoituivat!

    Tässä kontakteja :) toivottavasti niistä on jotain apua! Huomasin itse silloin alkuvaiheissa, että kontakteja oli yllättävän vaikea saada, ja nimenomaan tarjouspyyntöihin vastauksia.

  4. LVI suunnittelun meille teki Risto Ojala, puh 040-5076358. Homma toimi hyvin ja sovitussa aikataulussa. Toimisto Espoon Leppävaarassa. Hinta taisi olla suunnilleen tuo 1200€

    Pohjaurakan koordinoinnin meillä hoiti Lujan urakoitsija, joten siihen en osaa ketään suunnitella.

    Sähkösuunnittelu maksoi meillä muuten 1300€, ja meillä tehdään sähköt KNX väylällä.

    Paalutus 4756,47€ ja se sisälsi teräspaaluja 25kpl ja ne upposivat n. 7m syvyyteen.

    Betonipumppaus Laatikainen kävi tekemässä meillä anturavalun ja lattiavalun.
