Kävimme viime viikolla neljän eri keittiökalustetoimittajan luona alustavia keskusteluja keittiön suunnittelusta. Kävi ilmi että keittiö on hieman ahdas kaikille toiveillemme. Niinpä päätimme vielä viime hetkellä leventää keittiötä kolmisenkymmentä senttiä toisen makuuhuoneen kustannuksella.

Nyt tuo ”puolisaareke” pitäisi mahtua paremmin. Kaikkien neljän keittiökalustetoimittajan kanssa on varattu suunnitteluaika tässä kuussa ja niin tuokin homma vaan pikkuhiljaa etenee.

Tällä viikolla ohjelmassa on tapaamiset lasitusedustajan, Herrala-talojen edustajan ja yhden keittiökauppiaan kanssa. Saadaan vähän tarkempaa tietoa kustannusarvioon. Ajatuksena on myös pyytää lisää talopakettitarjouksia tuon Herralan tarjouksen pohjalta, jospa ne sitten olisi edes hieman paremmin vertailtavissa.

Maaperätutkimus ja pintavaaitus tehtiin viime viikolla. Sinne se meni metriseen hankeen. Emme päässeet paikalle katsomaan ja kuvaamaan, kun töissäkin pitää käydä. Tuloksena oli joka tapauksessa läjä karttoja ja perustamistapalausunto.

Tontin pinta laskee luoteiskulmasta kaakonkulmaan metrin verran. Tontti tasattaneen kaivamalla luoteesta hieman ja täyttämällä kaakkoa. Maanpinta rakennuspaikalla on korkeudessa +48,1 – +48,7 ja pääsuunnittelija, rakennesuunnittelija sekä vastaava työnjohtaja päätyivät yhteisessä neuvonpidossa siihen että lattian koroksi tullee +49,2. Tuolla korolla sokkelia jäänee näkyviin reilu 40 senttiä.

Perustamistapalausunnossa sanotaan että: ”Rakennukset ehdotetaan perustettavaksi tukipaalujen sekä kantavan alapohjan varaan.” Tuo meillä oikeastaan olikin jo tiedossa, mutta hyvä uutinen oli se että paalut näyttäisivät jäävän hieman lyhyemmiksi kuin pelkäsimme: ”Kairaukset ovat päättyneet tiiviiseen maakerrokseen, kiveen, lohkareeseen tai kallioon 2,8 m – 6,3 m maanpinnasta.” Lisäksi kerrottiin että: ”Asuinrakennuksen alapohja suositellaan tehtäväksi tuuletettuna.” ja samalla keikalla asennettuun pohjaveden havaintoputkeen nousi vesi reilun parin metrin päähän maanpinnasta.

  1. Onpa mielenkiintoinen ja loppuun asti mietityn oloinen pohja teillä. Tosi hyviä ratkaisuja! Tuo keittiön näyttää tosi toimivalta ja täyttää toiveenne avokeittiöstä (ilman että se on tupakeittiö)aika nappiin.
    Suihkut tulevat siis saunankylpyhuoneessa pienen väliseinän kummankin puolen? Ei olisi tullut mieleen minulla tuollainen ratkaisu (nythän on valitettavasti liian myöhäistä vaihtaa..), tuo olisi varmasti toimiva ja ei mikään ”tusinaratkaisu”.
    Ja tuo eteisenne on todella fiksu.
