Tapani muokkasi pohjaa toiveidemme pohjalta ja nyt se taitaa olla aika lähellä lopullista. Pari pientä hienosäätöä toiveissamme vielä on; idän puolen julkisivun ikkunat kaipaa muutosta lähinnä sisätilojen järjestelyn kannalta. Haluaisimme sängyn päädyn ulkoseinää vasten, joten siinä voisi olla matalampi ikkuna ylempänä. Julkisivun rytmityksen johdosta sama täytynee tehdä toiselle makuuhuoneelle. Keittiöön haluaisimme matalan ikkunan työtason ja yläkaappien väliin.

Kysymme arkkitehdiltä myös mahdollisuutta siirtää teknisen tilan ovi etelän puolelle, saman kuistin alle pääoven kanssa. Se voisi olla kätevää, jos sinne pitää lumipyryssä mennä jotain säätämään. Voi olla että tuo muutos menee hankalaksi ulkonäön takia.

Lisäksi autotalli näyttää turhan pieneltä, katoskin on isompi. Ja saisikohan takaosaan varaston?

Lisäksi vielä, tuuliviirejä kun ollaan, taidetaan siirtää kurastopperi takaisin kodinhoitohuoneeseen, mihin se oli alunperinkin ajateltu.

Muuten tuossa on nyt aikalailla kaikki haluamamme, toki budjetti huomioon ottaen. Tosin täytyy nytkin varmaan vähän alkuperäistä ajatusta enemmän lainaa saada.

Laitetaanpa tähän vaihteeksi kuva koko tontista. Siinä näkyy nyt myös autotalli/katos, sekä varaus mahdolliselle laajennukselle tulevaisuudessa (talon ja autotallin välissä). Rakennusoikeutta kun jää nyt käyttämättä, niin on hyvä ottaa huomioon sen mahdollinen myöhempi hyödyntäminen. Tuohonhan saisi kivasti vaikka sivuasunnon, kotitoimiston, vierastupa/pihasauna puukiukaalla -yhdistelmän tms. Muuten pihasuunnitelma on vasta viitteellinen.

Mielenkiintoista on muuten tajuta se, että kun neljää metriä lähemmäs rajaa ei saa rakentaa, niin se tarkoittaa että tuo ”suojavyöhyke” vie tuhannen neliön tontista suunnilleen puolet… Sitten kun vielä vaatimuksena on että auto pitää mahtua kääntämään tontilla ja autotalli ei saa olla samaa rakennusta talon kanssa ja jotkut toopet haluaa yksitasoisen talon, niin ei tuohon hirveästi varsinaista pihaa jää… mikä on hyvä; onpahan vähemmän nurtsia leikattavana.
