Pettymys oli suuri Tuusulan kunnan ilmoitettua, että tontti meni ohi suun. Olimme yhteydessä kunnanjohtajaan, joka kertoi että tontteja jää aina lopulta lunastamatta ja että kannattaisi laittaa vaan uusi, avoin hakemus sisään. Näin tehtiin, mutta kesälomille lähdettiin oikeastaan jo toivosta luopuneena. Sitä suurempi ja iloisempi yllätys oli, kun lomilta palattuamme tuli uusi kirje jossa meitä onniteltiin tontin saamisesta Lahelanpellon alueelta! Joku oli tosiaan peruuttanut tonttikaupat!

Tontti oli hakulistamme viimeinen, mutta vasta nyt ymmärsimme sen hyvät puolet. Välittömiä rajanaapureita on vain yksi, länsipuolella. Etelässä naapuri on tien takana. Idässä on kevyenliikenteenväylä, puistoaluetta ja leikkikenttä. Pohjoispuolella on myös kevyenliikenteenväylä, puistoaluetta ja tulevaisuudessa hoivakoti (ehkä päädymme lopulta sinne). Katu ja autoliikennekin on ikäänkuin kulman takana.

Tontti 2221:3
Kuten kuvasta näkyy, tontti on 1066 neliötä. Rakennusoikeus on e=0,20, josta on käytettävä vähintään 60 %. Lisäksi saa tehdä 40 neliötä autotallia/varastoa tms. Tontilla on myös kunnallistekniikka ja mahdollisuus kaukolämpöön.

Vanhaa peltoahan tuo on ja paalutettava, mutta ei auta nirsoilla, kun tuo on muuten sopiva. Eipä ainakaan ole puita raivattavana. Alue on muuten oikein kiva, avaraa ja valoisaa. Muutamia taloja on jo valmiina ja useita tekeillä.
