Rakennuslupahakemus jätetty

Rakennuslupahakemus jätettiin kuntaan tänään aamulla. Vaikka naapureiden kuulemislomake kyllä oli mukana, olisi vielä pitänyt olla naapuriluettelo. Sitä ei kyllä missään mainittu. Ja sitä paitsi kartoista kyllä näkee hyvin selvästi että meillä on vain kaksi naapuria. No, säännöt on sääntöjä. Toimitamme luettelon myöhemmin.

Samoin puuttui kiinteistörekisteriote, kun mielestämme emme sellaista muiden tilaamiemme papereiden mukana saaneet. Ilmeisesti se onkin annettu jo tonttikaupan yhteydessä ja olemme varmaan arkistoineet sen muiden kauppapapereiden mukana. Onneksi uuden sai kymmenellä eurolla paikan päällä.

Lisäksi vielä autotallin ja varaston välille pitää tehdä seinä paloturvallisuuden takia. Sitä vähän epäiltiinkin jo ennakkoon. Rakennusvalvonnan väki on onneksi sen verran joustavaa, että piirsivät tarvittavat viivat lupakuviin.

Rakennusluvan käsittelyssä pitäisi mennä noin 2-3 viikkoa ja sitten meillä toivottavasti on lupa!

Täytyy vielä miettiä mitä tuon autotallin kanssa tehdään siinä mielessä että laitetaanko varaston ja autotallin välille ovi. Se pitäisi sitten varmaan olla palo-ovi. Näin varaston molemmissa päissä olisi ovi ja se kyllä aiheuttaa melkoisesti hukkatilaa varastoon. Pärjäisiköhän autotallin kanssa ilman käyntiovea, pelkällä nosto-ovella? Oven voisi myös laittaa avautumaan autotallista katokseen, mutta kolhiiko sillä sitten katoksessa olevaa autoa?

  3. Voi jee tuota paperihommien ”ihanuutta”. Se oli kaikista kypsintä hommaa koko raksaamisessa ja tuntui NIIN turhalta rahanmenolta. Teillä tuo aika on kyllä aika inhimillinen. Me ootettiin pelkkää poikkeuslupaakin yli 8kk.
    ja autotallia me ei olla ehditty pohtimaan, vaikka sellainen on kyllä suunnitelmissa rakentaa heti kun asumus on valmis ja voimia taas jatkaa :)

Pikaisesti kommentoin tuohon autotallin ovi-asiaan… Olemme juuri kyselleet autotallin nosto-ovia ja parissa paikassa myyjä on ottanut puheeksi, että tuleehan teille autotalliin myös käyntiovi; kas kun nuo sähköiset nosto-ovet menevät joskus rikki… Täytyypä muuten tehdäkin blogipostaus meidän autotallista, kun en ole siitä tainnut laittaa pohjapiirrosta näytille. Onnea rakennusluvan jättämisestä! Se on eräs virstanpylväs sekin :)

  5. Sähköisiin nosto-oviin saa (tai en muista tuleeko joissain ihan vakiona) lukko millä oven saa avaimella auki mekaanisesti jos sähköä ei ole. Sellainen kannattaa hankkia.

    Niin pitäisi tässä varmaan kohta alkaa sitä autotallin oveakin hankkimaan. Tulisi nyt vaan sen verran lämmintä että saisi tallin lattian valettua…
