Maalämpöpumpun säädön yhteydessä heräsi kysymys myös siitä mikä olisi viisainta ilmanvaihdon tuloilman lämpötilan suhteen? Meillähän on lämmöntalteenotolla varustettu Enervent Pandion IV-kone. Sillä ei varsinaisesti kannattane lämmittää kun maalämpökin on, mutta ei varmaan viilentääkään. Toisaalta tuo pyörii kuitenkin koko ajan, joten miksei sieltä ottaisi ”ilmaista” lämpöäkin? Ei kuitenkaan huvittaisi tuloilman jälkilämmityspatterinkaan antaa turhaan mennä päälle.

Tuloilman lämpötila on nyt säädetty 18 asteeseen, mutta tässä on jo useampaan kertaan nähty että aina ei kannata luottaa omaan maalaisjärkeen, joten kyselin asiaa yhteistyökumppaneilta.

Tom Allen suosittteli säätämään tuloilman 16 asteeseen, jolloin ainakin lämmitys tapahtuisi maalämmöllä.

Enerventiltä sain seuraavan vastauksen: ”…tuloilman lämpötila kannattaa pitää niin alhaisena kuin mahdollista, kärsimättä kuitenkaan vedontunteesta. Tällöin jälkilämmittimen sähkönkulutus on pienin mahdollinen.”

LVI-urakoitsija puoleltaan arveli että: ”…arvaus näin kansakoulupohjalta on max 17 astetta, sen jälkeen rupeaa näkymään sähkölaskussa.”

LVI-suunnittelija antoi tyhjentävimmän vastauksen:

Lähtökohtaisesti ilmanvaihdon lämmittäminen on se joka maksaa.

  • Perusperiaate on se, että tuloilmaa lämmitetään vain sen verran, että tuloilman lämpötila saadaan halutulle tasolle. Tuloilmalla ei ole tarkoitus lämmittää tiloja.
  • Tietysti LTO:sta kannattaa ottaa kaikki ”ilmaislämpö” talteen niin pitkälle kuin mahdollista, tämähän onnistuu kun lattialämmitystä ei laita liian aikaisin päälle (toisin sanoen vähän venyttää lämmityskauden aloitusta).
  • Itse asettaisin tuloilman lämmityksen 18-19 asteeseen, jolloin ilma on vähän huoneilmaa kylmempää ja laskeutuu viileämpänä oleskelyvyöhykkeelle.
  • Jos tuloilma on liian lämmintä, se jää katon rajaan.
  • Tuntuu ehkä hiukan liian viileältä tuo 16 astetta, se saattaa tuntua jo vedontunteena venttiilin läheisyydessä.
  • Varsinainen säästö tapahtuu sitten LTO-kojeen käyttöaikoja säätämällä, kun ei olla kotona LTO pidetään 1. nopeudella. Vastaavasti kun ollaan kotona nopeutta on vähän lisää. Eli säädetään ilmanvaihtoa todellisen tarpeen mukaan.
  • Nuo ilmamäärät ovat aina enemmän tai vähemmän ”tieteellisiä” arvoja. Todellisimman tiedon tarvittavasta IV-koneen nopeudesta saisi kun tutkisi ilman todellista vaihtotarvetta omassa kiinteistössä. Tätähän voi tarkkailla tutkimalla ilman hiilidioksidipitoisuutta CO2, normaalin ulkoilman pitoisuus on n. 400 ppm. Kun pysytään 1000 ppm:n alapuolella kaikki on OK. Nykyisin löytynee kohtuuhintaisia mittareitakin ko. käyttöön.

Vastauksista voi vetää sen johtopäätöksen että tuloilma kannattaa tosiaan pitää 20 asteen alapuolella. Vetoa emme kuitenkaan halua, joten tulolman lämpötilan säätö jätetään toistaiseksi tuohon 18 asteeseen ja tarkkaillaan jälkilämmityspatterin käyttäytymistä.

Tein lisäksi viikkoajastuksen, jossa arkipäivisin kone käy töihin lähdön jälkeen normaalisti jonkin aikaa että pesutilat varmasti kuivuu, menee sitten Poissa-tilaan ja alkaa käymään taas normaalisti vähän ennen töistä tuloa:

  1. Meillä on iv-koneessa vesikiertoinen jälkilämmityspatteri, jossa kiertää käsittääkseni lattialämmityksen paluuvesi. Eli lämpötila määräytyy sen mukaan.

  2. Samoja juttuja haettu ja säädelty omassa Enervent Pingvin ECO EDEssä kesäkuusta lähtien. Ilmanvaihdossa oma nenä ja tuntemus on aika hyvä apu, mutta alla pari juttua joita olen tehnyt:
    – tuloilma haarukassa 18-19C
    – koneen normaali käyntinopeus laskettu säätömittauksen perusteella eli poistoilma 71 l/s ja poiston nopeus 65% joista saa laskettua että 0,5 1/h kuutioden mukaan 49 l/s joka tarkoittaa poiston nopeutena 45% (49/71*65)
    – yo. mukainen arvo tuntuu toimivan kun sitä olen kokeillut suuntaan ja toiseen
    – meillä POISSA-ohjaus tulee häytinjärjestlmän kautta, mutta olen kyllä ohjelmoinut viikkokellolla pienempää tehoa tiettyihin aikoihin ja varmaan muutakin tulee ajan kanssa
    – jälkilämmityksen olen laittanut vuosikellon perään eli on toistaiseksi pois päältä vaikka tuloilma menisi alle pyynnin (kuten se tekee liesituulettimen tehostuksen tai ylipaineistuksen aikana), aikanaan selviää koska pitää ottaa käyttöön
    – vastaavan tein myös jäähdytyksen osalle (=kesäyöjäähdytys) jottei tarvitse muistaa kytkeä sitä päälle ja pois
    – hyvä lopputulos lienee kompromissi eri asioiden välillä, mutta hyvin säädetty ilmanvaihto ja kone on se energiatehokkain ja paras asua

  3. Meillä sama kone. Montako prosenttia teillä on puhaltimen nopeus? Eli se säätö nuolista suoraan.

  4. Jos edellinen oli minulle niin en ymmärrä kysymystä kun vastaus on kirjoitettu kommenttiin. Toisekseen jokaisen kohteen oikea puhallinnopeus kun perustuu OIKEIN suunniteltuun ja säädettyyn ilmanvaihtoon.

  5. Tapz: meillä tuo jälkilämmitys on sähköpatterilla. Sen saa pois päältäkin, mutta tarkoitus olisi hakea selaiset asetukset ettei aina tarvitsisi olla säätämässä.

    Anonyymi 1: tuo jälkilämmitys vuosikellolla voisi ollakin hyvä ajatus.

    Anonyymi 2: Meillä tuo kuvassakin näkyvä puhallinnopeuden kolme tolppaa tulee 40 %:ssa ja vaihtuu neljäksi tolpaksi 50 %:ssa. Nyt se on säädetty 45 %:iin.

  6. Tässä tuli itsekin juuri juteltua naapurin kanssa Enervent Pingvin ECO EDE vehkeestä ja sopivista säädöistä. Lieneekö väliä
    a) energiatehokkuuden
    b) hyötysuhteen
    kannalta pitääkö pyyntiä sellaisena, ettei lämmitysvastusta tarvitse vs. että kytkee vastuksen pois ja pitää koko ajan pyyntiä tapissa?

    Jos esim. laitan pyynnin nyt 18C niin perusnäytöllä ei näy mitään symbolia, mutta mittauksissa tulo pyörii silti 20C kieppeillä ja saman näytön ”LTO-rivi” on tyhjä (näkyy pelkkä nolla rivillä, tulkitsen tuon siten ettei laite varsinaisesti ”pyydä” lämmitystä, edes talteenoton kautta?).

    Jos laitan vastuksen pois päältä ja pyynnin vaikka 25C niin LTO symboli tulee perusnäytölle, mittauksissa lämmöt samoissa, mutta LTO-rivillä 100 (eli pyytää LTO:lta 100%?)

    Oma tulkintani on, että tässä tilanteessa ei ole merkitystä kummalla tavalla säätää, mutta onko jollain parempaa tietoa? Eikös tuo pyyntilämpötilasta huolimatta ota kaiken mahdollisen irti talteenotosta, ainakin mittausten perusteella?

    Herää tosin kysymys, että miten tuon saa sitten kesällä ymmärtämään että pitää viilentää? Siitäkö, että tulo on lämpimämpää kuin poisto?

    Poisto on tällä hetkellä noin 22C, hyötysuhde kummassakin tavassa 80% kieppeillä (78-84) ja LTO tulo on siis mittaustapana.

    Hemmetin huonosti on tuo käyttö dokumentoitu ainakin siinä kirjasessa joka itselleni käteen lyötiin… :(

    Toinen juttu mitä on tullut pohdittua on sisäilman kosteus. Nytkin 48h keskiarvo näyttää koneelta 36%, mittari keittiössä näyttää 35% ja makuuhuoneessa 45% (en ole varma keittiön ja makkarin mittareiden laadusta). Veikkaan kuitenkin että sisäilma on kuivahkoa (tuntuu hiukka kuivalta), suositus on kaiketi tuon 45%. Ainoa mitä ilmanvaihdon kanssa suositellaan tekemään on sen laittaminen pienemmälle, mutta olen vähän epävarma sen suhteen uskaltaako sitä enää pienentää kun nytkin on 36-39% vain tehot. Onko tästä kellään näkemystä, haitanneeko tuo jos sitä vielä hiukan pienentää? Ilmakostuttimia ei kiinnostaisi hankkia, niistä ei juuri kehuja ole kuullut… Minkälaisilla tehoilla olette muuten pitäneet ”Poissa” asennossa ilmanvaihdon?

    En ole itse rakentaja/rakennuttaja, joten LVI-asiantuntijakontakteja ei itselläni valitettavasti ole käytössä, jospa täältä saisi jokusen vinkin… :)

  7. Uusin manuaali kannattaa hakea Enerventin nettisivuilta. Siellä on mm. selitetty tuo LTO arvo ja monta muutakin asiaa vs. painettu versio.

    Selityksesi perusteella epäilisin että IV-koneen ohjaus on joku muu kuin ”tuloilma ohjaus” eli poisto tai huonelämpötila (joka vaati erillisen anturin). Muussa tapauksessa ei ole mahdollista että LTO=0 näillä keleillä tai sitten se on kytketty pois päältä.
    Mikäli ohjaus on poisto ja pyynti poistolle on +18C niin on selvää että LTO ei ole päällä jos poistoilman lämpötila on +22C.
    Laitteen ohjaussuositus on tuloilma ja kun LTO menee päälle nousee todennäköisesti myös kosteus-% koska pyörivä kenno päästää kosteutta tuloilmaan.
    Kokemuksesta voin kertoa että tuo kosteus pyörii aika isolla haitarilla riippuen ulkoilman kosteudesta ja onko saunottu tms. eli meilläkin haitarilla 30-60%. Asiasta kannattaa huolestua vasta jos kosteus on jatkuvasti alle 35%.

    Meillä POISSA on 30% (norm. 45%) ja lämpötilan pudotus 1C eli koneen perusasetuksen mukainen. Toistaiseksi ollut ok ja sisäilma ei ole tunkkainen kun tulee kotiin. Nenä on edelleen paras mittari noihin asioihin.

  8. Moro,

    Oisko heittää linkkiä ko. manuaaliin? Ajat sitten kaivoin sieltä suht samannäköisen manuskan kuin paperiversionakin on ja juu, kyllä siellä mm. on selitetty tuo LTO arvo (eli mitä tarkoittaa arvot -100…0 -> 0…+100 -> +100…+200 -> jos näihin viittaat) mutta ei montaakaan asiaa kaipaamallani tarkkuudella. Parempaa en sieltä/googlella nytkään löytänyt…

    Ja varmuuden vuoksi tuplatsekkasin LT säätötapa -asetuksen vaikka edellisen kirjoituksen yhteydessäkin niin tein. Se on edelleenkin ”Tulo” ja myös muut yllämainitsemani tiedot pitävät edelleen paikkansa. Onko kellään muulla niin, että esim. näillä keleillä ja 18C (tai alle) pyynnillä perusnäytöllä ei ole mitään symbolia suurimman osan ajasta (käsittääkseni sama kuin LTO=0)? Silti tuloilma nousee about 20C asti ja laite hurisee normaaliin tapaan (samalla lailla kuin LTO=100 tilassa).

    Laiton lämmitysvastuksen nyt vuosikellolla pois ja pyynnin 21C asteeseen. Nyt kiertosymboli näkyy koko ajan ja mittauksissa LTO=100 jatkuvasti (nousi sinne muutamassa minuutissa nollasta, suurin piirtein kuten olettaa saattoi). Täytyy tsekata kuinka kylmille keleille asti tuolla pärjää ja onko mitään vaikutusta esim. ilmankosteuteen tai kulutukseen.

    Kosteus ei saunomisen/suihkun jälkeen muistaakseni koskaan ole 45% ylittänyt. Tämä siis sen perusteella mitä olen kosteusmittareita katsellut, voihan se toki sen yli joskus käydä kun en niitä mittareita varsinkaan aiemmin ole jatkuvasti vahdannut. Nyt 48h keskiarvo 33%, molempina päivinä mm. suihkuteltu ja vehkeen tehot olleet 35% kieppeillä. Kuivattaahan tuo ILPpikin varmaan sisäilmaa… Nenäindeksillä mitattuna sisäilmassa ei valittamista ole, muuta kuin kuivuus.

    ja sieltä EDA-käyttöohjeet. Kuulostaa varsin mielenkiintoiselta että tulo-ohjauksella LTO=0 jos asetus on 18C näillä keleillä ja siksi laitan pari kysymystä:
    – onko IV-järjestelmä säädetty suunnitelman mukaan mittareilla?
    – talon m3 ja krs-määrä?
    – koska suodattimet vaihdettu?
    – mikä ohjain/laiteversio?
    Käytännössä tätä ei saa ratkottua näin netin välityksellä, mutta jotain osviittaa se kuitenkin antaa, mm. EDA-softassa on ollut bugeja (meillä päivitetty).

  10. Jeps, tuo on tuttu manuaali. Onhan siinä pääpiirteittäin kaikki selitetty, mutta esim. tämä oma keissi on jättänyt asioita arvailun varaan, syy voi toki olla se että laitteessa on softapuolella jotain vikaa.

    3. Puunaamme vehkeen 3kk välein, viimeksi viikko sitten. Sisältää suodattimien vaihdon (kasetti joka toinen kerta pelkkä imurointi). Huolto ei tunnu vaikuttavan toimintaan (esim hyötysuhteet näyttää about samaa), joten uskoakseni huoltoväli on riittävän tiheä.

    Täytyy vaarmaan haastella lisää naapuriakin, jolta löytyy sama vehje (seuraavan vuoden malli)…

  11. Muutama asia taitaa selvitä näinkin.
    Mikäli tiedot käyntinopeudesta pitää paikkansa, yksi syy ilman kuivuuteen löytyy siitä. Esim. Enerventin mitoituslaskurin mukaan EU5-suodattimilla ja ko. tilavuudella (380m3) pitäisi koneen nopeus olla luokkaa 59%. Meillä on kuutioita n. 340m3 I-tasossa ja nopeus 45% (laskurilla 55%). Tarkoittaa että asetus on jo niin pienellä että kuivattaa.
    Aiemmin tässä ketjussa kommentoin tuota tehoasetusta vs. mittauspöytäkirja ja sellainen teiltä pitäisi löytyä. Asia vaatii tietysti hiukan perehtymistä IV-kuvien kera. Lisäksi kun puhuit tuosta suodattimien vaihdosta ja kasetista niin teillä lienee EU7 pussisuodatin tulopuolella. Pingvinin tehokäyrä on hiukan poikkeava eli tulopuolen teho on pienempi kuin poisto joka tarkoittaa että normaalisti säädettynä tulo on n. 5% suurempi kuin poisto vaikka talo on alipaineinen. EU7-suodattimella tulo on sitten 10-15% suurempi. Koneen asetuksissa/perusasetus kertoo totuuden.
    Meillä oli myös sama emo-versio joka päivitettiin. Enerventin huollon mukaan emon versio ei saa olla pienempi kuin ohjainpaneelin, mutta kas kummaa kun teillekin on sellainen eksynyt. Meille nyt viimeisin eli 2.14 ja ohjain 2.01jota myös netin 2011 manuaali tukee (versiot sivulla 3). Esim. kesäyöjäähdytys ei toiminut oikein tuossa vanhassa, mutta veikkaan ettei huoltoasentaja kertonut kaikkea…
    Joo, olen asiaan joutunut perehtymään ihan kunnolla kun hartiapankilla rakennettiin. IV-suunnitelmaankin piti syventyä ja tehdä uusiksi kun suunnittelija oli unohtanut sen mistä puhuttiin ja talo oli aluksi ylipaineinen.

  12. Jees, tuli tsekattua vähän tarkemmin noita mittauspapereita. Suunnitelmassa on määritelty tulo 64l/s ja poisto 70l/s – mittaus on suoritettu asetuksella 6 (1-8) joka tarkoittaa vähimmäisnopeutena 60%, tällä poiston tulos oli 72,9l/s ja tulo 64,7l/s. Minimivaihto eli kerran kahdessa tunnissa (0,5krt/h) tarkoittaisi laskennallisesti 54l/s. Karkeasti laskettuna (samalla kaavalla kuin yllä olit laskenut) tuosta 60%:sta se tekisi minimiksi n. 45% prosenttia (epäilen tosin, että olisi näin lineaarisesti laskettavissa).

    Laitoin masiinaan varastosta kaivamani kulutusmittarin ja totesin ainankin sen mitä alunperin pohdin, ettei LTO pyynti (0 vs. 100) vaikuta kulutukseen – tosin oletan että LTO pyynti näyttää väärin softaversiosta johtuen, joten sinänsä turha mittaus. Selvisi joka tapuksessa, että kulutus ilman patteria on luokkaa 20W = 30%, 30W=40%, 50W=50% ja sitten hyppääkin lähemmäs sataa kuudenkympin tienoilla. Eli vaikka vuositasollakin puhutaan suht pienestä kulutuksesta on prosentuaalisesti tuolla teholla suuri vaikutus. Lisäksi mitä enemmän huoneilmaa viileämpää vaihtoilmaa sinne tuupataan, sitä enemmän kuluu yleisesti lämmitykseen. Meillä on suora sähkö (lattiat + ILP + LTO) ja kokonaiskulutus viime vuonna n. 16MWh, mihin olimme ihan tyytyväisiä, koska talvi oli kylmä ja takkaa pääsimme polttamaan vain kerran tai pari viikkoon. Olisi mielenkiintoista tietää, mikä olisi vaikutus kokonaiskulutukseen jos ilmanvaihdon tehon nostaisi jonnekin 65-70% paikkeille.

    Mutta takaisin Pingviiniin. Ilmanvaihto täällä on muutenkin säädetty jotenkin vammaisesti, sillä venttiilit alkavat vinkua jo 50% kieppeillä. Suurin osa venttiileistä on lähes niin kiinni, ettei silmällä erotettavaa rakoa edes ole. Jotenkin tämä ei vaikuta järkevältä, mutta kai sen niin täytyy olla että kanaviin saadaan riittävä paine. Lisäksi huomasin, että raitisilman ottoaukko on sijoitettu eri puolelle taloa (länsi) kuin suunnitelmassa (itä). Sinänsä ymmärrän, koska idän puolella on katettu terassi jossa esim. grillaillaan, en välttämättä haluaisi raitisilmaa sieltä.

    Tehon nosto yli 40% aloittaa välittömästi veden tiputtelun poistokanavasta, joten tulkitsisin tehon tällöin jo ilmaa kuivattavaksi. Nyt asetus on 40%, kanavat ei vielä vingu tai pidä mitään ääntä, vettä ei tipu jatkuvasti ja lämpömittareissa kosteus-% on hiukan noussut ja pyörinyt 37-45 kieppeillä huoneesta riippuen. Pingviinin mittauksissa hetkellinen ja 48h kosteus edelleen alle 35%. Laskelmat:

    Sisä- ja ulkoilman lämpötilaero siis 14,5. Kait tuo ihan ok on, ihmetyttää tosin, että noissa on noinkin suuri ero. Kun tulo ja poistoteho olivat samassa (alkup. asetus, joka enerventillä siis pitäisi johtaa tarpeettoman suureen alipaineeseen) oli nuo hyötysuhteet paljon lähempänä toisiaan. Nyt kasvatin hieman tulopuhaltimen tehoa, koska kuten arvasit siellä on EU7 suodatin ja Enerventin laskurilla 40% tehoilla tarkoittaa noin 5% suurempaa tulopuhallustehoa. Luulisi kuitenkin, että suurempi ilmamäärä poistopuolella tarkoittaisi, että ilma ehtisi viiletä suhteessa vähemmän kuin pienempi tuloilmamäärä lämpenee – mutta se meneekin päinvastoin – poiston hyötysuhde on selvästi suurempi kuin tulon. Olisi kiva todentaa alipaineisuus jotenkin, siis että sellainen edelleen on…

  13. Se piti vielä mainita, että oletettavsti tarvittavaan ilmanvaihdon tehoon vaikuttaa huoneistossa olevien henkilöiden määrä ja muut tekijät, jotka eivät mittauksia tehdessä vielä ole tiedossa. Meidän kohdalla näkisin että vaikutus olisi vaihtotarvetta alentava. Siinä yksi syy, miksi päädyimme pitämään tehon toistaiseksi tuossa 40%:ssa.

    Ilmeisesti softasta johtuen ei masiinasta löydy lainkaan ”yleiset asetukset” -valikkoa. En ole ihan varma viittaatko ”perusasetus”-valikolla samaan, koska sellaista manuaali ei tunnista… Vai mahdoitko vain yleisesti tarkoittaa tuota puhallinnopeuksien säätövalikkoa asetukset -> puhallinnopeudet -> perusnopeus (mistä ei kylläkään alkup. asetusta nää)?

    Softapäivitystä varten pitäisi paikalle varmaan tilata joku maksullinen heppu. Enervent sitä tuskin hyvää hyvyyttään tekee, vaikka kyseessä olisi ”viallinen” versio. Mitäköhän tuo tulisi mahdollisesti kustantamaan, onko kellää tietoa? Kesäyöjäähdytys ei nyt ole ajankohtainen, mutta oisihan sekin kiva saada toimimaan viim. ensi kesää varten…

    Kiitokset vielä kertaalleen muuten avusta ja kommenteista. Paljon tässä on tullut uutta hyvää tietoa ilmanvaihtoon ja Enerventiin liittyen. Harmi ettei näille (ilmeisesti?) ole lämpöpumppufoorumin kaltaista keskustelupalstaa…:)

  14. Vielä Harrillekin kysymys: teitkö jotain huoltotöitä juuri ennen kuvan ottoa mittauksista? Sillä vaan aloin pohtimaan, kun äkkiseltään laskettuna noista lämmöistä hyötysuhde olisi 34/41 eli melko alhainen. Onko normaalistikin vai oliko tosiaan ”poikkeustilanne” kuvatessa?

  15. Hyvä että on jotain apua…
    Meillä oli muutakin murhetta Pingviinin kanssa, joten tuo softapävitys meni samalla takuuseen. Periaatteessa pitäisi mennä teilläkin, ainakin kannattaa kysyä suoraan Enerventin huollosta ja samalla selviää mitä maksaa jos ei mene takuuseen.
    Venttiilien ”vinkuna” ja pieni rako viittaa laiskaan IV-asentajaan….tarkoittaa että on laittanut koneen riittävän suurelle teholle ja säätänyt venttiilit sen mukaan. Oikeasti haetaan pienin mahdollinen teho jolla venttiilit saadaan haluttuun arvoon. Oikealla tavalla säädettynä venttiilit on riittävästi auki ja kestää vinkumatta myös tehostukset. Meillä ei IV pidä ääntä, tosin meillä on alkuperäisestä suunnitelmasta poiketen tulopuolella 3 ja poistopuolella 2 äänenvaimenninta + osassa venttiileitä on vielä lisäksi Air-In vaimenninpatruunat (kun itse tehtiin itselle).
    Asetukset/Perusnopeus valikosta pitäisi löytyä koneen tulo- ja poistoilman tehot. Niiden pitäisi olla ne arvot, joilla kone on säädetty (tulo ja poiston suhde). IV-koneen tehoa voi säätää suoraan paneelista, mutta se ei vaikuta perusasetukseen. Esim. meillä on tulo 70% ja poisto 65% ja ko. arvoilla talo on säädetty suunnitelman mukaisiin arvoihin, poisto 71 l/s j tulo 65 l/s. Vastaavasti käyttöteho on 45% (poisto), niin tulohan on silloin 50%.
    Oltiin juuri saunassa (puukiuas) ja Pingviini ajoi kosteustehostusta 1,5h, koska sauna/ph linjasta tulee kosteutta riittävästi. Tarkoittaa siis että jos ja kun venttiilit on oikein säädetty, reagoi koneen oma kosteusanturi ja tehostaa ilmanvaihtoa kunnes kosteus on poissa.
    Kannattaa kysyä rakentajalta (kämppä liennee suht uusi) että miten se oli niiden säätöjen kanssa tai ottaa yhteyttä johonkin IV-firmaan ja säädättää uudestaan.

  16. Juu, täytyypi kysellä Enerventiltä. Onhan tuo vehje jo 2009 loppupuolella kait asennettu ja 2010 alkupuolella tehtiin säädöt. Tietty jos softa on viallinen niin katsoisin toki, että valmistaja on velvollinen sen korjaamaan.

    Edellisistäkin viesteistä löytyy nuo tekemäni puhallinnoppeussäädöt – tulkitsin tuota aiempaa viestiäsi hieman väärin ja ajattelin että viittasit johonkin erilliseen valikkoon, jossa olisi nähtävillä joku ”tehdasasetus” tms suositus. Mutta tosiaan meillä puhallinnopeudet oli siis (muistaakseni, ei merkitty testipöytäkirjaan) alunperin säädetty 100 & 100 (eli 60 & 60 mittausta tehdessä, joka totetutti mainitsemani 72,9l/s tulo ja 64,5l/s poisto; suunnitelma 72/64). EU7 vaihdettiin itse ja siksi hieman vähensin poistoa, EU7 kun Enerventin laskurinkin mukaan vähentää vähän tuloa. Ihmetystä vaan herätti nuo hyötysuhteet (ks. edelliset kommentit), miksi poistossa niin paljon parempi hyötysuhde vaikka sieltä enemmän ilmaankin menee…

  17. Muutama tarkennus ja kummastus:
    – Yleiset asetukset valikko puuttuu vanhemmista versioista ja tulee vasta päivityksen mukana
    – Meillä poiston hyötysuhde seilaa normaalisti haarukassa 2-10% suurempi kuin tulon (lienee suhteessa ok)
    – ”Tehon nosto yli 40% aloittaa välittömästi veden tiputtelun poistokanavasta” = tarkoittaako tämä koneen sisällä olevaa poistoa vai jotain muuta?
    – Venttiilit eivät saisi olla niin pienellä kuin kuvailit eli epäilen vahvasti että kone on oikeasti säädetty asennossa 100 & 100 = täysillä (tiedän että osa IV-asentajista tekee sillä tavalla)
    – Venttiilissä oleva paineen määrä riippuu koneen tehosta ja venttiilin sijainnista eli koneen lähellä iso paine ja kauimmaisessa nurkassa pienin
    – Ilmamäärä lasketaan sitten venttiilin paineen ja K-arvon kautta eli vastaavasti konetta lähellä oleva venttiili vähän auki ja kauimpana oleva eniten….litramääristähän on kyse
    – Tuntuu vain siltä että paketti ei ole kunnossa eli olet oikeilla jäljillä siinä kun kone ei näytä toimivan ”loogisesti”

  18. 1. Meillä poiston hyötysuhde seilaa normaalisti haarukassa 2-10% suurempi kuin tulon (lienee suhteessa ok)

    -> Lienee sitten ok vaikkakin äkkiseltään ei tuntunut loogiselta

    2.”Tehon nosto yli 40% aloittaa välittömästi veden tiputtelun poistokanavasta” = tarkoittaako tämä koneen sisällä olevaa poistoa vai jotain muuta?

    -> Laitteelta (sijaitsee pukuhuoneessa katon rajassa) menee ymmärtääkseni putki viereisen KHH:n viemäriin jonkinlaisella liitoksella. Tehonlisäyksen jälkeen alkaa viemäristä kuulua tipputelun ääntä, mikä pienemmällä teholla ei kuulu.

    3. Venttiilit eivät saisi olla niin pienellä kuin kuvailit eli epäilen vahvasti että kone on oikeasti säädetty asennossa 100 & 100 = täysillä

    -> Mittauspöytäkirjassa oli merkitty, kuten mainitsin, ”Asento 6 (1-8)”. Prosentteiksi muunnettuna tarkoittaisi kaiketi 60-70%. Voi toki olla, että on merkitty tahallaan tai vahingossa väärin.

    Mittaupöytäkirjassa on numeroituna kaikki venttiilit suunitelman mukaisesti ja niille tavoite vs. mitattu ilmamäärä. Kuten mainitsin, niin kokonaistavoite on pöytäkirjan mukaan hyvin lähelle saavutettu (ja toki myös jokaisella venttiilillä erikseen). Poistoilman nopeus mittauksen aikaisella tehoasetuksella (oletan edelleen että se on ollut se 6/8) on ollut 72,9l/s ja vähimmäisilmanvaihto (0,5krt/h) toteutuisi 54l/s. Eli lineaarisessa suhteessa jossain 45% paikkeilla (ei varmaan voi laskea ihan näin suoraviivaisesti, mutta antanee suuntaa…)

    Tämän keskustelun tuloksena olen edelleen siinä uskossa, että kone toimii ihan ok. Mutta softa on ainakin jossain määrin viallinen ja saattaa toki haitata koneenkin toimintaa tietyissä asioissa. Softan syyksi epäilen mm. sitä että LTO symboli katoaa ruudulta aina jossain vaiheessa (jos LTO tulo > pyynti) vaikka LTO toimiikin.

    Nenämittarilla ilmanlaatu sisällä on hyvä (kuivuuskin on ehkä liioiteltua, LTO näyttää kuivempaa kuin mittarit muualla huoneistossa – ei ole aiemmin vaan tullut kiinnitettyä niihin systemaattisesti huomiota), hyötysuhteet on hyvät, kulutus pieni jne… Mutta alkuperäiset säädöt (venttiilien asento vs. teho)kyllä epäilyttävät ja niille täytyy jotain tehdä. Samoin tuo softa saatta ajantasalle…

  19. Kone varmaan toimii oikein ja softapäivitys auttaa joihinkin asioihin. Vasta päivitys kertoo että mikä muuttui. Meillä ehti olla vanha versio käytössä alkukesästä vain 6 vkoa eli ei mitään selvää dataa. Ainoastaan kesäyöjäähdytys antoi selvästi hyötyä päivityksen jälkeen koska vanhalla softalla kennon ohitus ei ilmeisesti täysin toteutunut.

    Enervent ehkä osaa kertoa, mikä olisi optimi tulo/poisto hyötysuhde, yo. luvut ovat vain näytöltä katsottua ja olettamuksella että toimii oikein.

    Vaikka systeemi toimiikin kaikin puolin ok, uudelleen säätö siten että halutut litramäärät saavutetaan mahdollisimman pienellä teholla => venttiilit riittävästi auki => venttiilit eivät ”vihellä” tehostuksenkaan aikana on varmaan ajan kanssa parempi.

    Kone on siis oikeaoppisesti viemäröity, mutta kannattaa tarkistaa että putkilinjasta löytyy vesilukko. Se ei riitä jos laitteesta menee suora putki viemäriin vaan siellä pitää olla lukko välissä ts. ilma ei pääse virtaamaan koneen ja viemärin välissä. Sitten kannattaisi vielä tarkistaa putkieristykset ja varsinkin koneen ja yläpohjan välillä. Syystä että kone kondensoi näillä ilmoilla ja noinkin pienellä teholla.
    Meillä on poistoletkussa lenkki (täynnä vettä = vesilukko) ja siitä on vajaan 6kk aikana veden määrä vähentynyt.

  20. Ihmeteltiin tuossa naapurinkin kanssa meidän konetta. Heillä lienee uudempi softaversio, kun valikoista löytyy myös ”yleiset asetukset” :)

    He ovat päätyneet pitämään konetta vieläkin pienemmällä teholla (25%), ilman kosteus on pysynyt tällöin vaihteluvälillä 40-45% eli hieman korkeammalla kuin meillä. Tosin arveltiin, että LTO:n hyötysuhde jää alhaisemmaksi, koska LTO tulo näyttää alempia lämpöjä. Mittauspöytäkirjaa naapuri ei vielä ole rakentajalta saanut, ilmeisesti tulee lopputarkastuksen yhteydessä…

    Kyllä meilläkin on poistoputkessa lenkki, mutta ääni syntyy kaiketi siitä kun poistoputken toinen pää liittyy viemäriin, jossa on vastassa jonkinlainen tyhjä liitosputki. Tai näin epäilen, täytynee tutkailla viemäröintikuviakin lisää.

    Yläpohjassa on puhallusvillaa noin 80cm, kone on kohdassa jonka päällä on levytetty käyttöullakko joten sinne on melko vaikea mennä tutkailemaan putkien eristyksiä erikseen. Katolle menevät putket on kyllä eristetty käsittääkseni asianmukaisesti, ne toki ovat näkyvillä siellä.

    Ilmalla ei ole sinänsä merkitystä veden tippumisen alkamiseen. Sama juttu kesähelteillä sekä talven pakkasilla…

  21. Täällähän oli kysymyys minullekin. En tehnyt mitään huoltotöitä ennen kuvan ottoa. Äkkiseltään en osaa sanoa onko normaalitilanne vai ei, kun en tuota joka päivä seuraa.

    Nyt kun olen sairaana kotona ja viikkokello on ajastanut vehkeen ”Poissa”-tilaan (ja tuloilman 16:sta asteeseen), lukemat ovat seuraavat:

    Raitisilma: 13,1
    LTO tulo: 13.4
    Tulo: 16.0
    Poisto: 24.4
    Jäteilma: 21.3

    Kiitoksia muuten molemmille mielenkiintoisesta keskustelusta. Tässä riittää pureksittavaa itse kullekin, kunhan ehtii.

  22. Lähinnä ajattelin että jos koneen päältä lähtevät putket kulkee sisätilassa (koneen ja yläpohjan höyrynsulun välillä) eristämättöminä pidemmän matkaa, saattaa raitisilma ja ulospuhallusputken viileys aiheuttaa tuota kondensointia. Nehän ovat oikeasti viileitä ja sisätilassa on lämmintä. Meillä tuo 20cm pätkä on Armaflexillä eristetty, minkäänlaista kondenssia ei esiinny ja kone on kuiva sisältä.

    Mielenkiintoisia antamanne lukemat, alla omasta koneesta (norm.teho 45%, pyynti 19C):

    Raitisilma: 11,4
    LTO tulo: 20,4
    Tulo: 18,8
    Poisto: 22,7
    Jäteilma: 12,7
    Kosteus: 40%
    Tulo hyötysuhde: 79%
    Poisto -”- : 89%
    LTO: 9

    Ymmärtääkseni ”LTO tulo” anturi on heti kennon jälkeen ja ”Tulo” anturi puhaltimen jälkeen eli LTO tulon pitäisi olla suurempi kuin Tulo koska muuten joku lämmittää välissä….?

  23. Juu, tuota en tullut ajatelleeksi, että onhan pukuhuoneen katto alaslaskettu enkä tiedä miten (jos mitenkään) putkia on eristetty siinä välissä. Uskoakseni kyllä on, mutta täytyypä tarkistaa.

    Meillä tällä hetkellä:
    Raitisilma 10,8
    LTO tulo 20,8
    Tulo 20,4
    Poisto 23,4
    Jäteilma 12,9

    Hyötysuhteet:
    tulo 79%
    poisto 83%

    Sen olen nyt huomannut, että puhallinnopeuksien suhde vaikuttaa melko suoraan tulo/poisto hyötysuhteuden suhteeseen. Eli jos kasvatan tulo- ja poistopuhaltimen nopeuseroa (= pienempi alipaine pingviinin ollessa kyseessä), kasvaa ero poisto- ja tulohyötysuhteen välillä.

  24. Vielä kertaalleen täytyy palata aiheeseen ja kiittää vilpittömästi Enerventin huoltoa ammattitaitoisesta ja ripeästä toiminnasta. Alta viikko sen jälkeen kun laitoin sähköpostia huoltoon, on softat nyt takuutyönä päivitetty (2.17 / 2.07) ja muutenkin annettu vinkkejä koneen toiminnan suhteen – asioista joita en aiemmin ollut hoksannut.

    Myös paineistus mitattiin asianmukaisella mittarilla. 2Pa alipaine tuli säädöllä, jossa tuloteho on 2% pienempi kuin poistoteho (joka ei kyllä ole sinnepäinkään mitä Enerventin laskuri tarjoaa – kanavisto ja venttiilien asennot ilmeisesti vaikuttavat tähän).

    Tipputeluäänen sai tosiaan loppumaan ihan sillä että kaatoi ilmalukkoon lisää vettä. Vielä pitäisi varmaan jossain välissä säädättää venttiilit uudelleen koska suhinaahan sieltä venttiileistä toki edelleen kuuluu…

  25. Kiitos loistavasta keskustelusta. Olen ostamassa Pingvin eco EDE laitetta ja manuaalin lukemisen jälkeen oli vielä muutamia asioita mietinnässä. Nyt vastaukset alkaa olla saatu:

    *Saako jälkilämmityksen pois jotta ei kuluta ”turhaan” sähkövastusta (meillä MLP). Saa

    *Miten tuloilman pyynti kannattaa säätää jotta hyötysuhde olisi maksimaalinen ym…

    Harrille oikeastaan kommenttina että mielestäni tuossa keskustelussa tulee selväksi vastaus alkuperäiseen pohdintaan tuloilman pyyntitasosta kun siihen ammattilaisilta oli saanut eri vastauksia.

    Eli eikös sinun kannattaisi nostaa tulopyyntiä sinne 20 asteen tuntumaan ja laittaa asetuksista jälkilämmitys pois ja vasta kovilla pakkasilla päälle. Nimittäin LTO tulo arvosi ovat ilmeisesti siksi niin matala kun tulo pyyntikin on matala. Eli kone hyödyntää LTO:ta vain hieman. Eikös se kannattaisi hyödyntää maksimaalisesti kun yksi kommentoija oli mitannut että LTO:n pyöriminen ei käytännössä vie lisää sähköä. Näin LTO:n hyötysuhteesi nousisi selvästi tuonne kommentoijien tasolle n. 80%.

    Mutta ilmseisesti ihan jees automatiikka tuo EDD kunhan sen kanssa pääsee sinuiksi.

  26. Pitänee laittaa taas kommenttia tähän keskusteluun.

    EDA-ohjaus lienee jonkun kerrostalossa asuvan insinöörin viritys….
    – jälkilämmityksen voi tosiaan ottaa aikaohjauksella pois (vko tai vuosi) osan aikaa vuodesta
    – mutta mitä sitten kun ilma viilenee nollan tuntumaan tai pikkupakkaselle ja ilman jälkilämmitystä pärjää normaalitilanteessa mainiosti, paitsi kun laitetaan yipaineistus, liesituuletin jne. päälle ja niistä on indikointi koneelle joka muuttaa sitten koneen tulopainotteiseksi
    – hetken päästä kone antaa B-hälyn kun kennon lämpötila on pudonnut alle hälyrajan ja sitten huutelee palo- ja rikosilmoitinjärjestelmä
    – oikeasti tuo jälkilämmitys pitäisi toteuttaa siten, että parametreillä voidaan antaa rajat koska se voi toimia (lämpötilat)
    – Enervent on kikkaillut vuosihyötysuhteen laskennassa ja ainakin Pingviinissä kone tällää LTO 100 kun raitisilman lämpötila laskee alle 8C
    – meillä matalaenergiatalossa on siitä sitten tullut ongelmia kun loppuvuosi ulkona meni 0..5C lämpötiloissa ja kone työnsi sisään +19..+22C ilmaa eli jossain vaiheessa tuli kuuma eikä ilmakaan enää kiertänyt kunnolla kun tuo liian lämmin tuloilma jäi kattoon leijumaan
    – olisko pitänyt ottaa aina hetkeksi talteenotto pois vai mitä?
    – tuo yhdistettynä vesikiertoiseen lattialämmitykseen tuottaa tuskaa kun on joko kuuma tai kylmä
    – saunapäivinä oli varsinkin ongelmaa kun poistoilma nousi +26-27C haarukkaan
    – kelin mennessä pakkasille piti hetken päästä laittaa jälkilämmitys päälle kun tuloilman lämpötila putosi +17C
    – muutenkin koneessa on kaikenlaisia toiminteita jolla ei sitten oikeasti taida tehdä mitään tai minä en ole ainakaan keksinyt, mutta pahimmat kompastukset ovat tuo LTOn softaviritys ja jälkilämmitys

    Että sellaista. Olisko Harrilla ja ”Pingviinillä” kommentteja omista kokemuksista.

  27. Minä olen myös viime talvena perehtynyt Enervent Pingvin EDE -laitteen säätöihin, ja olin myös yhteydessä Enerventtiin. Vaikka tämä keskustelu on pysähtynyt, luin sen näin talven kynnyksellä läpi, ja muutama asia otti silmään, verrattuna yhteydenpitoon enerventin kanssa ja mitä olen muualta saanut selville.
    -melkein aina on tulon hyötysuhde on hieman parempi kuin poiston hyötysuhde (normaalitapauksissa), silloin kun säädöt ja ilmamäärät on oikein
    -pingvin-koneissa EU7 kasettisuodattimen lisääminen pienentää tuloilmavirtausta huomattavasti.
    -kanavapaineiden arvot pitää todellisuudessa tietää, vaikuttaa enervent optimizer-laskelman perus(puhallin)nopeuksiin
    -perusnopeuksien keskinäinen suhde vain vaikuttaa, sama tilanne nopeuksilla 30/30% kuin 100/100%
    -tuloilman lämpötilan määrityksessä hyvä tehdä mittaus venttiilistä, jolloin huomioidaan koneen anturien mahdollinen epätarkkuus ja kanaviston lämpöhäviöt.
    -yksi suunnittelija muistutti, että köyden työntäminen putkeen vaatii enemmän työtä kuin vetäminen. puhallinopeuksilla ei säädetä talon alipaineisuutta, vaan venttilisäädöillä. puhallinopeuksilla optimoidaan hyötysuhde ottaen huomioon kanavapaineet ja vastukset.

    • Ja vielä sen verran, että kyselin lto tulon ja tulon lämpötilamittauksen erojen perään kun vastus ei ole päällä, ja homma ratkesi ohjeen mukaisesti anturin mittauspaikan sivuttaisäädöllä optimaalisempaan paikkaan. Samoin selvisi, että asetuksista pystyy aktivoimaan poiss-käyttötilat ulkoiseen ohjukseen, eli vaikka murtohälyttimen tai liiketunnistimen perään.

  28. Hei!
    Minulla on 2012 asennettu Enervent Pingvin EDE ja maalämpö Thermia Diplomat 8kW. Olen itsekin miettinyt IV säätöjä hieman ja huomasin että täällähän niitä vinkkejä oli.

    Olen nyt poistanut IVstä viilennyksen ja lämmityksen kokonaan pois käytöstä asetuksista (raksit pois). Näyttö näyttää +16 astetta, mutta säätäminenhän ei tuohon vaikuta enää. Voikohan tuosta lämmityksen poistosta tulla jossain tilanteessa ongelmia esim. kovilla pakkasilla? Nyt oli -23 ulkona ja tuloilma oli +15 astetta. Eli pitäisikö tuloilman lämmitys olla kuitenkin päällä jostain syystä?

    Kovilla pakkasilla kun on laittanut takkatoiminnon päälle niin on tullut TE10 hälyytystä, tuloilma kylmää ylipaineistuksen aikana. Sitten poistunut/kuitaantunut itsestään.

    Toinen mitä olen miettinyt että pitäisikö LTO talvitoiminto olla päällä (raksitettuna asetuksisa) vai ei? Onko jollain ja onko siitä mikä hyöty?

    • Meillä antoi myös TE10 hälytystä, kun ulkolämpötila laski alle 15 asteeseen ja lämmitys ei ollut ”ruksattuna”. Lämmitys päälle ja hälytyksiä ei enää ole tullut.

  29. Itse vasta laitoin Pingvin Eco EDEn päälle. Kohta pitäisi mitata ja säädellä noita päätelaitteita. Saa nähdä miten stressaavaksi elämä menee tuon laitteen kanssa.

    Vielä oletteko säädelleet koneita? Oletteko saaneet ketään ammattilaista (joku lvi-ihminen joka on useamman kerran taistellut säädöt kohdalleen) säätämään konetta paikanpäälle?
