Maalämpöpumppua on säädelty ja edistystä on tapahtunut. Aiemminhan kerroin että meillä on ollut koko ajan vähän turhankin kuuma. Syynä lähinnä se, että säädimme lämpöä sen mukaan että pesutiloissa olisi mukavan lämmin. Sama lämpötila muissa tiloissa on kuitenkin liikaa.
Ensimmäinen säätöyritys oli oikean suuntainen, mutta riittämätön. Tapz antoi tuolla kommenteissa hyviä vinkkejä, minkä lisäksi laitoin Tom Allenille sähköpostia ja sieltä kaveri soittikin asialllisten neuvojen kera.
Ensin pari yleistä juttua: Kyseessähän on Danfoss DHP-H8 pumppu, joka on käytännössä sama laite kuin Thermia Diplomat. Lattialämmityksen jakotukin päällä on huonetermostaattien ohjaamat toimilaitteet. Eli kun huoneen termostaattia kääntää, tämä toimilaite kuristaa tai avaa virtausta ko. huoneen lattialämmityspiiriin. Nämä toimilaitteet ja termostaatit kuuluivat maalämpö- ja lattialämmitysurakkaan, mutta niiden asennus ei. Siitä vastasi sähköurakoitsija. Niinpä kukaan ei huomannut tarkistaa onko toimilaitteiden lukitussokat poistettu. Kuten Tom Allenin mies epäili, sokat olivat tietysti paikoillaan eli käytännössä kaikki piirit olivat täysin auki, eikä huonetermostaattien säätämisellä ollut mitään vaikutusta.
Kuvassa Danfoss-toimilaitteita. Punaiset U-malliset sokat olivat noiden päällä pitäen tuon mustan keskustan ylhäällä ja siis venttiilin auki. Olisihan tuo pitänyt itsekin tajuta tarkistaa, mutta mistä näitä tietää… Liian monta kokkia taas ja rakennuttaja joka varmaan missasi jonkun ohjeen aiheesta.
Kokeiltiin kerran niin että Kristiina väänteli termostaatteja ja itse katselin toimilaitteita, mutta en nähnyt, kuullut enkä tuntenut mitään. Niinpä kysyin Tom Allenilta mistä tietää että termostaatit / toimilaitteet toimivat. Selvisi että nuo ovat vahatoimisia ja liikkuvat siis hitaahkosti. Kävin nyt huoneet yksitellen läpi, käänsin termostaatin täysille ja muutaman minuutin kuluttua kävin katsomassa toimilaitetta. Tuo musta osa toimilaitteen päällä nousee puolisen senttiä ylöspäin, kun termostaatti on täysillä. Kaikki toimivat ja olivat jopa yhdistettyinä oikeisiin piireihin. Joka paikassa ei kuulemma aina niin ole ollut.
Entäpä sitten ne varsinaiset säätöohjeet? Suositus oli että Huone-arvo jätetään 20 asteeseen. Käyrä 30 asteen tietämissä ja sitä säätämällä haetaan oikea lämpötila. MIN-arvolla 24-30 astetta riippuen talosta kuulemma yleensä saadaan pesutilat lämpimämmiksi. MAKS-arvo 45 astetta. Käyrä +5° C, Käyrä 0° C ja Käyrä -5° C annetaan olla nollassa, uusissa rakennuksissa ei kuulemma useinkaan tarvitse näihin koskea. Lämmitys pois -arvo oman maun mukaan, riippuen siitä missä (ulkoilman) lämpötilassa haluaa että ei enää lämmitetä (käytännössä tämä koskenee eniten pesutiloja, koska muita tiloja rajoitetaan termostaatilla).
Nyt vermeitä on säädetty seuraavasti: ensin nostin MIN-arvon 26:een, mutta se ei ihan riittänyt joten pistin sen vielä paremmaksi 28 asteeseen. Nyt pesutilojen lattia tuntuu selkeästi lämpöiseltä. Suihkua lopetellessa märkänä on vielä vähän vilu joten mietin tätä vielä. Huonetermostaatit säädin tasan puoleen väliin, ajatuksena se että siinä olisi sitten varaa säätää kumpaankin suuntaan. Puolen välin kohdalla termostaatissa on asteluku 20, joten vähän viileäksihän se veti. Sitten vasta tajusin että jos termostaatti rajoittaa lämmön tuohon, niin pumpun säätäminen tämän osalta on turhaa. Käyttöohjeesta oikea säätötapa selviää:
- Valitse sisälämpötilan vertailuhuoneeksi se huone, jonka lämpötila halutaan korkeimmaksi, 20-21°C.
- Sijoita huoneeseen lämpömittari.
- Avaa kaikkien pattereiden termostaattiventtiilit.
- Jätä HUONE-arvo 20 asteeseen
- Lue vertailuhuoneen lämpötila eri vuorokaudenaikoihin.
- Säädä HUONE-arvo niin, että vertailuhuoneen lämpötilaksi tulee haluttu 20-21 °C. Muista että muiden huoneiden lämpötilat poikkeavat tästä hienosäädön aikana, mutta ne säädetään myöhemmin.
- Jos HUONE-arvoa pitää säätää yli 3°C ylös— tai alaspäin, KÄYRÄ-arvoa pitää säätää.
- Jos sisälämpötila vaihtelee useita asteita hienosäädöstä huolimatta, tiettyä osaa lämpökäyrästä pitää säätää. Seuraa millä ulkolämpötilassa vaihtelu on suurin ja säädä käyrää vastaavan arvon kohdalla (KÄYRÄ 5, KÄYRÄ 0, KÄYRÄ ‑5).
- Kun vertailuhuoneen lämpötila on tasainen 20-21 °C vuorokauden ympäri, voit säätää muiden huoneiden patteriventtiilit niin, että niiden sisälämpötila on sama tai alhaisempi kuin vertailuhuoneen.
Näinhän alunperin yritinkin tehdä, mutta paikoilleen unohtuneet toimilaitteiden sokat estivät tuon viimeisen kohdan toteutumisen ja talosta tuli liian kuuma. Seuraavaksi siis palataan lähtöruutuun ja aloitetaan säätäminen alusta. Tuleepa tämä homma tutuksi.
Kiitos vinkeistä. Meillä tuo säätäminen on myös käynnissä. Ongelmana puolestaan, että on turhan kylmä…

Säätäminen on mielenkiintoista, mutta vaatii kärsivällisyyttä. Puutalossakin muutos tapahtuu hitaasta, kivitalosta puhumattakaan. Sinänsä itse säätö on suoraviivaista hommaa, kun tekee sen ajatuksella ja ohjeita noudattaen :)
Mulla on toi DHP-H6 pumppu. Min arvoihin en ole vielä koskenut vaan on edelleen 22 ja silti kylppärit on sopivan lämpimiä kun kylmät kelit pitää huolen siitä. Lämpökäyränä 29-astetta ja laitoin nollaan +1 toistaiseksi. Tosin huonearvona olin pitänyt 21-astetta vastoin ohjeita mutta laskin sen tänään 20-asteeseen – vaimosta huolimatta. Jakotukit on koskematta eli kaikki auki paitsi termostaattilla varustetut huoneet Tom Allenin asentajan ohjeiden mukaisesti. Ihan hyvin kuitenkin tasapainoissa. Oli meilläkin eräänläinen episodi tuon lämmityksen kanssa – asentajien jäljiltä yläkerran jakotukki oli kokonaan venttiilillä suljettu ja se selitti hyvin 4-asteen eron ala- ja yläkerran välillä jakotukin mittareissa :-)
Säädöt jatkuu täälläkin – IV-kone mietityttää jälkilämmityksen suhteen – tehdäkö ohjaus tulo- vai poistoilman mukaan.
Kaikki termostaatit täysin auki, jonka jälkeen käyrällä sopiva lämpötila kämppään. Huonekohtaiset erot säädetään aina jakotukilta.
Näin siis mikäli haluaa että liukuvalauhdutteinen MLPsi toimii parhaalla hyötysuhteella.
No mitä niillä termostaateilla tehdään? No ne pidetään täysillä koko lämmityskauden.
Outo homma että nykyisen internet aikakaudella joku vielä tuhlaa rahansa termostaatteihin maalämmön yhteydessä, kun tietoa on saatavissa ovista ja ikkunoista.
Onneksi termostaateista on sentään joku hyöty: ne kuluttavat sähköä ja menevät ennen pitkää rikki.
Kannattaa siis ensin repiä kaikki toimilaitteet pois ja tasapainoittaa koko talo sopivaksi.
Tuleville rakentajille:
Jakotukin ääreen pistorasia ja sitten vasta laittaa vuoden asumiskokemuksen jälkeen tarvittaviin paikkoihin langattomat termostaatit ja toimilaitteet. Maalämmön yhteydessä niitä tosin tuskin tarvitsee, ellei ole joku sellainen tila, jonka lämpötilaa pitää laskea/nostaa säännöllisesti.

Lämmönlähteenä passiivitalossamme olisi MLP, VILP, PILP ja ILP sekä lisäksi sähköpatterit, öljypoltin ja kaukolämpö. Ai niin, aurinkokeräimet ja tuulivoimala myös. Painovoimainen ilmanvaihtomme olisi varustettu lämmöntalteenotolla ja ilmastoinnilla. Ja viidensadan neliön talomme olisi maksanut 200 000 euroa.
Anonyymien ”asiantuntijoiden” on helppo heitellä ”hyviä” neuvoja, mutta olisi mukava kuulla millaiseen asiantuntemukseen ne perustuvat? Ei oikein riitä se että kummin kaiman kaveri on joskus nähnyt kun taloa on rakennettu. Siinä tapauksessa kannattaisi pysyä siellä Suomi24-keskustelupalstalla muiden samanlaisten ”asiantuntijoiden” kanssa.
No niin, nyt on höyryt päästetty, joten asiaan: en väitä että kaikki kirjoittamasi olisi huuhaata, mutta:
Jos olisi lukenut tekstini, tietäisit että ensimmäinen säätö tehtiin juuri niin että kaikki termostaatit olivat auki ja lämpötilan ollessa sopiva muualla, kylpyhuoneissa oli liian kylmä.
Kun se termostaatti säätää juuri jakotukilla olevaa toimilaitetta, niin mitä vikaa siinä on? Mielummin säädän termostaattia seinällä kuin ryömin kaapin perälle työkalujen kanssa aina kun haluan säätää yhden huoneen lämpöä. Jakotukki ei myöskään tiedä jos taloa lämmittää täysi tupa väkeä, takka tms. Termostaatti voi edes yrittää pysyä mukana, vaikka hidashan sekin on.
Perussäätö varmasti kannattaa yrittää saada mahdollisimman lähelle totuutta ja sitähän tässä juuri yritetään. Sisälämpötilan lisäksi on mietityttänyt juuri tuo hyötysuhde ja se miten pumppu käy. Kestävyyden kannalta olisi varmaan parempi että kompressori ei jatkuvasti käynnisty ja sammu, vaan olisi sitten pidempään päällä pienemmällä teholla, vai kuinka?
