Ihan ensiksi edellisestä kirjoituksesta unohtunut asia: suuri kiitos tuleville naapureillemme! He soittivat eräänä päivänä ja tarjosivat heiltä ylimääräiseksi jäävää sähköpääkeskuksen rakennusaikaista telinettä. Otimme tarjouksen tietysti mielihyvin vastaan, säästyypähän senkin tekemiseltä. Tuntuu siltä että ainakin naapurit ovat mukavampia Tuusulassa kuin Vantaalla, vai mitä Jonna? :-)

Muuten homma on taas hieman selkiintynyt ja syytä onkin kun aloitus lähestyy koko ajan. Pieni takaisku tuli Teri-talojen lopullisten kuvien viivästymisestä, ne on nyt luvattu ensi viikoksi tämän viikon sijaan. Rakennesuunnittelija tarvitsee sitten kaksi viikkoa kuvien viimeistelyyn. Kaivuutyöt on sovittu aloitettavaksi kuun vaihteessa ja paalutus viikolle 32. Sen jälkeen jatketaan perustusten teolla ja maatöillä niin että ontelolaatat voi tulla viikolla 36 ja talopaketti viikolla 39. Samalla viikolla tulee muuten myös täyteen vuosi tonttikaupoista, joten ainakin puolet siitä ”vuosi suunnitellaan ja vuosi rakennetaan” -hokemasta on toteutunut.

Maanrakennusta tekemään valittiin Maarakennus Elg Oy, paalutuksen tekee Teräspaalutus Tamminen Oy ja perustukset Varma-perustus Oy. Perustukset tehdään urakalla ja urakkasopimus allekirjoitettiin eilen.

Pienen mutkan matkaan aiheuttaa myös se, että itse olemme poissa maasta reilu kaksi viikkoa ensi kuun alussa. Tieto matkasta tuli vähän yllättäen eikä sitä voi siirtää, joten sen kanssa täytyy sitten vaan elää. Vastaava työnjohtaja on onneksi lupautunut pyörittämään asioita sillä aikaa. Sähkö- ja LVI-suunnitteluun matkan ajankohta aiheuttaa pientä aikataulupainetta. Ja mikä pahinta, ei päästä tontille kuvaamaan kun hommat alkaa!

Joka tapauksessa allekirjoittaneella alkaa tänään puolentoista kuukauden loma ja Kristiinalla vähän pidempi vapaa. Se tietänee sitä että tuloillaan oleva flunssa pääsee niskan päälle ja helteetkin varmaan loppuvat.

    Hienoa että teillä homma kuitenkin etenee ja selkiytyy, jotenkin kuulostaa niin tutulta nuo pienet takaiskut piirustusten sun muiden viivästymisten takia, mutta viivästymisiin saanee vaan tottua projektin edetessä. Meilläkin noita piirustuksia odoteltiin ja nyt viimeisimpänä viivästymisenä on putkitöiden siirtyminen tältä päivältä ensi viikkoon jolloin sitten tuleekin taas kiire ennen seuraavaa työvaihetta..

    Millaiselle maaperälle rakennatte kun teille tulee paalutus? Ehkä oot siitä tontin koostumuksesta jossain aiemmin maininnutkin..

    Levollista lomaa teille nyt kuitenkin ja kerätkää voimia rakennusurakkaan. :)

  3. Tontti on vanhaa peltoa = savimaata. Maaperätutkimuksessa kalliota tms. löytyi 2-6 metrin syvyydestä, joten sen verran täytyy paaluttaa.
