Sisustussuunnittelua ynnä muuta

Blogissa on ollut hiljaista kuten raksallakin timpureiden ollessa edelleen toisella työmaalla. Hieman harmittavaa, mutta se oli kyllä etukäteen tiedossa ja sovittu. Talopaketin myöhästyttyä kuukaudella timpureiden oli otettava muita hommia, sillä harvalla meistä lienee mahdollisuuksia seisoa tumput suorana pitkiä aikoja. Toisella työmaalla pitäisi ilmeisesti tällä viikolla olla muuttotarkastus, joten toiveita on että timpurit palaisivat meille lähiaikoina ja projekti lähtisi taas etenemään vauhdilla.

LVI-urakoitsija sen sijaan palasi jo lomiltaan ja käväisi viimeistelemässä muutaman kesken jääneen asian, mm. viemäri- ja radontuuletusputket katolle, tuloilmakanavan läpiviennin seinän läpi ja putken eristämisen yms. Eipähän jää sitten timpureiden hommat noista kiinni.

Kuten aiemmista kirjoituksista on käynyt ilmi, luppoaikaa on käytetty mm. sisustussuunnitteluun. Kaakelit ja laatat valittiin ja hankittiinkin siis jo, samoin lattialaminaatti. Kätevä paikka muuten tuo Erikoisparketti.fi, säilyttävät hankittuja tavaroita ilmaiseksi siihen asti kunnes niitä tarvitaan. Ei siis tarvitse ottaa niitä raksalle pyörimään jalkoihin. Portaat on jo myös valittu ja kohta tilattukin, mutta kirjoitan niistä oman juttunsa myöhemmin.

Väreistä on seuraavia ajatuksia: pääasiassa seinät tulevat valkoisiksi, ehkä vähän taitettu valkoinen mutta kuitenkin. Lähes joka huoneeseen yhdelle seinälle tulee lisäksi joku tehosteväri tai muu kiva kikka. Tarkat värit ovat vielä hieman hakusessa.

Olohuoneen portaiden takana oleva seinä on ajateltu maalattavan tummanpunaiseksi ja pukuhuoneen oven ja portaiden väliin / yläpuolelle ajattelimme esimerkiksi jotain tämän tyylistä kuviota hopeanharmaana:

Vanhempien makuuhuoneen ikkunaseinä maalattaneen tummanruskeaksi ja siihen päälle tehdään sapluunan avulla kullanvärisiä kuvioita, esim. Tikkurilan Link. Jos muuten etsit sapluunoita, täältä niitä löytyy todella paljon: Kaavain.fi.

Pikkuraksaajan huoneen yksi seinä tapetoidaan kuvatapetilla. Alla oleva on tällä hetkellä suosikki. Vekara tykkää kovasti autoista ja tuo ei ole kuitenkaan kovin lapsellinen, joten sitä ei tarvitsisi ihan heti vaihtaa.

TV-huoneen peräseinälle olisi myös toiveena jotain. Nyt ajatuksena olisi maalata alla oleva kuva lähes koko seinän kokoisena (olisko kellään piirtoheitintä lainata?):

Nuoremmalle lukijapolvelle tiedoksi että tuo on elokuvasta The Blues Brothers, vuodelta 1980. Ihan totta, kyllä niinkin esihistoriallisina aikoina jo tehtiin elokuvia!

  1. Hieno autotapetti! Meidänkin pikkumies varmasti ihastuisi tuohon. Autot-elokuvan aiheinen olisi varmaan toive, mutta hieman vanhempana se ei enää menisi.

    Me tilattiin Photowallista maailmankarttatapetti työhuoneen seinälle. Tilasimme myös Da Vinci -tapetin, mutta sen kuvanlaatu oli niin onneton, että palautimme sen. Kuva oli huonolla resoluutiolla, sumea ja suttuinen. Aivan pohjanoteeraus. Maailmankartta on aivan toisesta maailmasta, terävä, tasaiset väripinnat ja todella tarkka.

    Kiitti tuosta kaavain-vinkistä- siellähän on vaikka mitä! Ajateltiin, et jos keittiöön löytyis joku kiva sabluuna, jolla voi töpötellä jonku kuvion katonrajaan, jos muuten maalataan.

  3. Tekeekö LVI-hemmo itse kaikki katolle menevät läpiviennit loppuun asti eli valmiiksi? Minä sain juuri yhden lvi-tarjouksen joka ei sisällä katolla kiipeilyä (no siellä välikatolla puuhailua kuitenkin).

    Otitteko monesta paikasta lvi- ja sähkötyötarjouksia? Oliko hintahaarukkaa enemmänkin?

  4. Anne: Juu, LVI-Kapanen tekee kaikki. Valittelin just viikonloppuna kun lumiestemiestä ei ole näkynyt, niin Kapanen sanoi ettei sinne lumiselle katolle kiipeä kuin hullu putkimies… Muutenkin tosi asiallinen heppu, eikä niin tarkka hommista; teki läpiviennit (ja reiät!) ontelolaattoihinkin, vaikkei sekään putkimiehille yleensä kuulune.

    Tarjouksia LVI-töistä pyydettiin aika monesta paikasta ja hintahaitariakin oli. Vähän tuntui siltä niinkuin usein muulloinkin, eli että urakkatarjouksissa on ”varmuuskerrointa” aika reilusti. LVI-Kapanen tekee tuntitöinä.

    Sähkötöistä pyydettiin parista paikasta ja Terawattiin päädyttiin lähinnä suositusten pohjalta. Hintaeroja ei sähköurakassa ollut kovin paljoa. Tuntityötarjouksia ei saatu.

    Tuntitöistä vielä sen verran että rakennusalalla tuntihinta tuntuu olevan neljänkympin kieppeillä hommasta riippumatta. Jos joku siis pyytää paljon enemmän tai vähemmän niin kysy miksi.

  5. Tuntihinta on näyttänyt nyt olevan about 42,50 ja silleen. Urakkahinta on tietysti siinä mielessä kiva, että mikään iso böö-lasku ei odota lopussa, mutta vaikuttaa tosiaan, että urakkahinnassa on varmistelun makua ja reilustikin.

    Minulla on niin päin, että lvi:t tahtovat antaa urakkahintoja ja sähköpuoli suosittelee itseään suoraan tuntitöihin.
