Toissa perjantaina, karmean kiireisen kahden viikon jälkeen vuorossa oli muuttotarkastus, virallisemmin käyttöönottokatselmus. Tuusulan sivuilta löytyi tämmöinen:

Käyttöönottokatselmuksessa huomioitavaa

Käyttöönottokatselmuksessa rakennuksen ja piha-alueiden tulee olla valmiit, käyttökelpoiset ja täyttää turvallisuusvaatimukset niiltä osin kuin ne aiotaan ottaa käyttöön.
Jotta käyttöönottokatselmuksessa ei tulisi sinulle yllätyksiä, niin tarkista ainakin seuraavat asiat:

  • Varmista, että vastaava työnjohtaja varaa ajan käyttöönottokatselmukselle riittävän ajoissa mahdollista käyttöönottoa ajatellen.
  • Varmista, että rakennusluvassa mainitut ehdot on huomioitu.
  • Talon numero on kiinnitetty seinään selkeään paikkaan, mistä se on helposti havaittavissa tieltä katsottuna.
  • Jäteastia on sijoitettu luvan mukaiseen paikkaan.
  • Talotikkaat, lapetikkaat, kattosillat ja lumiesteet on asennettu.
  • Kaiteet on asennettu.
  • Vesi- ja viemärilaitteiden katselmus on suoritettu ja siitä on pöytäkirja esitettäväksi.
  • Sähkötarkastus on suoritettu ja siitä on pöytäkirja esitettäväksi.
  • Jos rakennuksessa on koneellinen ilmanvaihto, tulee mittaus olla suoritettuna ja siitä on esitettävä pöytäkirja. Mikäli rakennuksessa on vain koneellinen poisto, tulee ilmanvaihdon olla toiminnassa ja makuutiloissa tulee olla korvausilmaventtiilit.
  • Mahdollisista yläkerran makuuhuoneista tulee olla varatiemahdollisuus.
  • Palovaroittimet on asennettu ja ne ovat käytössä.
  • Palo-ovet ja ikkunat on asennettu ja tyyppihyväksyntäkilvet ovat näkyvillä.

Jännityksellä kaikki tuo yritettiin saada kuntoon, mutta puutteita oli silti. Tosin tuo tekstikin on paikoitellen turhan tiukka. Meillä esim. piha on todella kaukana valmiista. Joku vielä peloitteli että kuormalavaportaat ei käy, piha pitää olla siivottu ja että tilat joita ei oteta käyttöön pitää eristää.

Yläkerran työhuoneen ikkunaan asennettiin pari kahvaa, sillä se oli heloitettu irtokahvalla avattavaksi, vaikka suunnitelmissa kyseessä on varauloskäynti. Kaivoin hormin tyyppikilven esille ja ruuvasin savupellin kiinni. Postilaatikolle nikkaroitiin väliaikainen teline ja vietiin se muiden vastaavien joukkoon kadun varteen. Viimeisenä hommana ruuvasin vielä talon numeron autotallin seinään. Siitä se näkyy parhaiten kadulle.

Tarkastus oli paljon rennompi tapahtuma kuin pelättiin. Roskista ei ollut, mutta allekirjoitettu jätesopimus riitti. Ulkoa tarkastaja oikeastaan katsoi vain että tuo numero oli paikoillaan. Sisältä löytyikin ne huomautettavat kohdat.
Lupauksista huolimatta LVI-toimisto T. Rautiainen ei ollut toimittanut KVV-tarkastuspöytäkirjaa. Huomautukseen merkittiin että se pitää tilata seuraavaan viikkoon mennessä. Toinen huomautus liittyi LVI-suunnitelmaan, ullakolle tulee nimittäin vain poistoilma, tuloilmaa ei lainkaan. Tätä pähkäiltiin jo rakennusvaiheessa, mutta mielipiteitä oli useita. Onneksi ongelma ei ole niin iso miltä se kuullostaa. Riittää kun ullakon ja olohuoneen väliseen seinään tai vaihtoehtoisesti ullakkoportaan luukkuun tehdään reikä ja peitetään se ritilällä. Kolmas huomautus oli mielenkiintoinen ja yllättävä. Oli myös hyvä että se tuli ilmi. Olohuoneessa ja TV-/vierashuoneessa ikkunat ovat nimittäin lähempänä lattiaa kuin 70 cm. Niinpä sisemmät lasit pitää olla turvalasia. Silmällä tuota ei erota ja ikkunoiden merkinnät ovat niin kryptisiä ettei asia selviä niistäkään. Tarkastajalla oli mukanaan jonkunlainen mittari, jolla asia selvisi. Teri-Talot lienee elementtien kasausvaiheessa sekoittanut TV-huoneen ylä- ja alaikkunat keskenään. Alaikkunoiden sisäpuolinen lasi on nimittäin 4 mm paksu ja yläikkunan lasi 6 mm. Olohuoneessa nuo ovat oikein päin. Ilmeisesti sisäpuite lienee helppo vaihtaa varsinkin kun ala- ja yläikkunat ovat muuten samanlaiset. Reklamaatio talotehtaalle lähti silti.
Muuttolupa kuitenkin saatiin ja viikonloppuna sitten muutettiin. Parin viikon rutistus raksalla ja 2-v. natiainen kotona olivat aiheuttaneet sen, että käytännössä juuri mitään ei oltu pakattu. Se tekee muuttamisesta aina mielenkiintoista. Onneksi lauantaiksi saatiin kaveri apuun ja saimme vietyä lähes kaikki isot ja painavat tavarat; sohvat, pesukoneet, kirjahyllyt, telkkari yms. Illalla jatkettiin pakkaamista ja vietettiin hampaita kiristellen vielä yksi yö motivaatiokämpässä. Sunnuntaina saatiin Pikkuraksaaja saatiin anopille hoitoon ja päästiin hommiin toden teolla. Kusti ja peräkärry täyttyivät vuoron perään ja viimeinen lasti saatiin lastattua puolenyön aikoihin. Sitä emme enään jaksaneet lähteä purkamaan, vaan menimme suosiolla anopille yöksi. Maanantaina jatkettiin purkamisella. Siivouspalvelu Amla kävi tekemässä loppusiivouksen ja illalla kävin hakemassa vielä peräkärryllisen tavaraa ulkovarastosta. Sitten olikin tavarakaaos valmis.
