IV-koneen ongelma ratkaistu

Meillä on ollut Enervent Pandion IV-koneen kanssa pieni, mutta kiusallinen ongelma uudesta asti. Tai oikeastaan ongelma on ollut koneen ohjauspaneelin kanssa.

Ongelma ei ole häirinnyt päivittäistä elämää ja sen takia sen selvittäminen on jäänyt kaiken muun varjoon. Hiljattainen nuohoojan käynti toi ongelman taas esiin ja ryhdyin sitä selvittämään.

Ongelma oli seuraava; kun IV-koneen laittoi pois päältä (suodattimien vaihtoa tai vaikka nuohoojan käyntiä varten), ohjauspaneeli ei herännyt henkiin IV-koneen käynnistyksen jälkeen. IV-kone kyllä käynnistyi ja toimi normaalisti, mutta ohjauspaneeli oli ihan pimeänä, eikä esim. säätönappulat toimineet. Ohjauspaneelin piirilevyllä olevat LEDit kyllä vilkkuivat, niin että virtaa se sai ja dataakin taisi kulkea. Ei auttanut IV-koneen uudelleen käynnistys, töpselin irroitus tms. Ohjauspaneelille tulevan piuhan irroitus ja kiinnitys 3-8 kerran jälkeen auttoi.

Johdossa tai liittimessä ei ollut huono kosketus tms. sillä näyttö ei pätkinyt vaikka miten piuhaa heilutti ja nyki. Näyttö myös toimi virheettömästi aina seuraavaan IV-koneen sammutukseen asti.

Olin asiasta Enerventiin yhteydessä ja he tulivat siihen tulokseen että helpointa lienee kokeilla uudella ohjauspaneelilla. Sainkin uuden ohjauspaneelin postitse ja siinä vaiheessa homma meni mielenkiintoiseksi.

Uusi näyttö kyllä heräsi heti henkiin, mutta lämpötilan ja puhallinnopeuden säädöt näyttivät nollaa, Pikatoiminnot-valikko oli ihan tyhjä, samoin kuin kaikki asetukset, Info-valikko väitti koneen malliksi Pingviniä. Lisäksi vaikka nappulat toimivat niin että valikkoja pääsi selaamaan, lämpötilan ja puhallin nopeuden säädöt eivät reagoineet mitenkään. Vaihtaessa alkuperäisen ohjauspaneelin paikoilleen se toimi samoin kuin ennenkin, kunhan sen sai herätettyä henkiin.

Sitten epäiltiin taas ohjauspaneelin ja IV-koneen välistä piuhaa tai liittimiä ja tultiin siihen tulokseen että parasta on saada Enerventin oma huoltomies paikalle.

Huoltomies kytki alkuperäisen ja uuden ohjauspaneelin vuorotellen uudella piuhalla IV-koneeseen vain todetakseen että molemmilla sama käytös jatkuu kuin aiemminkin. Sitten päivitettiin uusimmat softat sekä IV-koneeseen ja ohjauspaneeleihin.

Läppärillä (nämäkin) vehkeet nykyään korjataan. Paitsi että eipä se auttanut tuokaan. Sitten huoltomies vaihtoi vielä yhden uuden ohjauspaneelin piuhan päähän ja johan alkoi homma toimimaan. Eli siis alkuperäinen ja uusi varaosaohjauspaneeli olivat molemmat viallisia. Kolmas kerta toden sanoo!

Täytyy sanoa että Enerventin palvelu ja takuu toimi taas hienosti, niinkuin aiemmin laakeriongelmankin kanssa.

Toissa syksyisessä kirjoituksessa ja erityisesti sen kommenteissa on keskusteltu IV-koneen säädöstä. Siihen liittyen sen verran että talven aikana meissä heräsi saituus ja ajattelimme säästää sähköä säätämällä IV-koneen puhallusta ja lämpötilaa pienemmälle. Lämpötila tiputettiin 15 asteeseen ja puhallusnopeus 33 %:iin. Niinhän sitä voi äkkiseltään luulla, että tuolla säästäisi… Pikkuhiljaa alkoi kuitenkin epäilys heräämään kun ohi kulkiessa IV-koneen ohjauspaneeliin vilkaistaessa se useimmiten näytti että tuloilman esilämmitys on sähköllä.

Nostin lämmöt ja puhallusnopeudet takaisin myöhemmin ja huoltomies vahvisti tänään epäilyni, eli jos puhallusnopeus on liian pienellä, lämmöntalteenottoon ei tule tarpeeksi lämpöä jolloin sähkölämmitys kytkeytyy päälle. Huoltomies suositteli että kovilla pakkasilla voi puhallusnopeuden jopa nostaa vaikka 50 % asti, jotta lämpöä riittää. Normitilanteessa hyvä puhallusnopeus on kuulemma mitoituksista ja säädöistä riippuen 40-45 %. ”Poissa”-tila on sitten erikseen.

  2. Meillä on Enerventin Pelican. Olen huomannut saman kuin sinäkin tuon LTO:n ja puhallinopeuden kanssa. Kun puhallinnopeutta kasvattaa LTO:n hyötysuhde paranee. Toisaalta silloinhan huoneilmaa kylmempää ilmaa tulee litroissa enemmän, joten jollain sekin on lämmitettävä. Uskoisin kuitenkin, että nämä nykyajan LTO:t ovat niin hyviä, ettei puhaltimien hidastaminen pakkasilla paljon merkitse.
