Epoksia pintaan

Autotalli saatiin vihdoin tyhjäksi tavarasta, kun viikon päivät sitä tyhjennettiin. Suurin ongelma oli keksiä tavaroille paikat. Tasoitukset saatiin myös lähes valmiiksi. Kiire johtui tästä:

Suomen Epoksilattiat Oy aloitti tänään lattian pinnoituksen. Hiovat ensin betoniliiman pois tallin lattiasta ja samalla viime keväänä valetuista kuistin ja terassin lattioista. Saadaan sekin vihdoin pois päiväjärjestyksestä. Loppuviikolla pitäisi tallin lattian osalta olla valmista. Ensi viikolla viimeistellään tasoitukset ja sitten maalia pintaan.

Autopihan ja ajotien asfaltoinnista on tullut muutama tarjous, pihatöistä tarjouksia odotellaan vielä.

    • Huoh.. taas näitä anonyymien viisaita kommentteja. Mikähän herra (vai rouva?) Anonyymin mielestä olisi autotalliin parempi laatuinen lattiapinnoite kuin epoksi? Kullatako se olisi pitänyt? Tuo on siis epoksiPINNOITE, ei maali. Käytännössä sen pitäisi kestää nastarenkaita yms. niin kauan kuin meikäläisessä henki pihisee. Se on myös helppo pitää puhtaana. MasterTop olisi varmaan ollut myös hyvä vaihtoehto, mutta se olisi pitänyt laittaa valun yhteydessä ja kuten kerroin aiemmin, saimme tietää siitä liian myöhään.

      Asfaltista voidaan varmaan olla montaa mieltä, mutta ajotien ja autopihan ala on niin suuri että asfaltista tulee järkevämmän hintainen. Tuolla savipellolla se varmaan isolla pinnalla on myös helppohoitoisempi ja kestävämpi kuin kiveys. Lisäksi puolet ajotiesta kustantaa naapuri, joten pelkästään meistä se ei ole kiinni. Vielä tiedoksi että kiveystä pihalle kyllä tulee, mutta ei autojen alle.

      Enkä minä muuten mikään Roope Ankka ole, rahat on ihan finaalissa, kuten varmaan monilla muillakin rakentajilla tässä vaiheessa, joten lompakkoakin pitää ajatella.

  2. Itsellä sama edessä. Sanotko vähän hintaluokkaa mitä pinnoitus maksaa. Paljonko teillä on tallissa kokoa?

    Ja asfaltti on pihapinnoitteista paras. Poluille laattaa, mutta ajotielle ja tallin eteen asfalttia. Näin tehdään ainakin meillä.

    • Niinpä niin… Taitaa olla nuo pinnoitteet niin mausta kuin rahastakin kiinni. Harri, ei varmasti kullata kannata sitä autotallia ja tuskimpa kukaan täyspäinen on sellaista sinun ajatellut tekevänkään. Asfaltti ei muuten ole pinnoitteista paras tai edes silmää miellyttävin, mutta edullisempi se varmasti on kivetykseen verrattuna ellei sitten huonojen pohjien takia saa olla sitä asfalttia joka vuosi paikkaamassa.Sittenhän sekään ei enään tullut halvaksi tai millään tavalla silmää miellyttäväksi. Aurinkoista kesän odotusta kuitenkin sinne lahelan pellolle itseni ja näiden kaikkien viisaiden anonyymien puolesta. =)

    • Autotallissa Epoxi on ihan asiallinen materiaali. Terassille ja kuistin portaisiin on kyllä huomattavastikkin ”kotoisempiakin” materiaaleja tarjolla.

    • Jaa… taisin kirjoittaa epäselvästi. Epoksia tulee siis vain autotalliin. Tarkoitin tuossa sanoa että kuistista ja terassista vain hiottiin betoniliima pois samalla kun ukoilla oli kerran vehkeet mukana tallin lattian hiontaa varten.

      Kuistille ja katetulle terassille tulee normi terassilaudoitus, joka jatkuu samassa tasossa avoterassina talon kulman ympäri.

      Asfaltti on tosiaan varmaan pitkälti makukysymys. Itse pidän siitä kovasti, erityisesti siellä missä autot liikkuvat. Se on myös saumattomuudessaan käytännöllinen, esim. lumikola tai -aura ei takerru saumoihin joita ei ole. Puuttuvia saumoja ei myöskään tarvitse putsata sammaleesta tms. Rullalautailu ja muut leikitkin ovat kivempia sileällä alustalla.

  3. Jos Teillä on tosiaan savimaata, niin pohjat pitää olla paljon paremmin (lue kalliimmin) tehty kuin jos laittaisi laattaa. Eli asfaltti ei sitä kautta usein tule halvemmaksi.

    vieläkö keskiuuudellamaalla on asfalttikartelli, eli neliöhinnat siinä aikatasan 20€?

  5. Mikäli pintaan haluaa vielä paremmin kulutusta ja kemikaalia kestävämmän pinnoitteen, on vaihtoehtona joko polyurea tai polyaspartic-pinnoite. Polyurealla on lisäksi silloittava ominaisuus, eli jos lattiavalu halkeaa, pysyy pinta silti ehjänä. Värit Ral, ja asparticiin mahdollisuus lisätä myös värihiutaleita.
    Tuotteet kestävät uv-säteitäkin huomattavasti uv-kestoista epoksia paremmin.

    • Kiitos tiedosta! Meillä tallin lattia on jo valmis, mutta ehkä jotakuta lukijaa kiinnostaa. Minkälaisissa hinnoissa mainitsemasi pinnoitteet ovat verrattuna epoksiin? Esim. tämä meidän 40 neliön tallin/varaston lattia tuli maksamaan n. 2500;- pohjatöineen ja materiaaleinen.

    • Ruiskutettava polyurea on hieman epoksia kalliimpaa, telattavana sekä polyurea että aspartic-pinnoite on suunnilleen epoksin hinnoissa, epoksejakin tietysti on paljonkin eri hintaisia, mutta nyt vertaan pinnoitteita parempiin epokseihin nähden. Mutta kyllä tuon mainitsemasi hinnan lähellä tulisi pysyä.
      Yksi merkittävä etu epoksiin nähden näillä tuotteilla on nopea käyttöönotto, eli mikäli esim. tallin lattia pinnoitetaan tänään, saa sinne ajaa autolla jo huomenna, ja asennus kestää yhden päivän.
      Pinnoitteet ovat 100% vesitiiviitä, ja kestävät erinomaisesti lämpötilavaihteluja. (-40 – +120 astetta)

  6. Rakentaminen koostuu erinäisistä kustannuksista ja pieni tupakkitauko ennen asioiden toteuttamista säästää todennäköisesti useamman vuoden tupakat…

    Ihan esimerkkinä, että meillä täällä etelässä koko roska eli vajaa 200m2 lattiavalu (8-10cm), työt ja Mastertop hierrettynä tallin lattiaan (vajaa 40m2) maksoi pari vuotta sitten about 4000e. Siitä voi sitten laskea kannattaako laittaa pinnoitteet ennen vai jälkeen ja kaikkea muuta sen ja talon ympärillä.

    • Toki kannattaa miettiä asioita etukäteen. Ensirakentaja ei vaan osaa ajatella kaikkia asioita etukäteen ja joskus tulee kiire kun rakentamisen muut aikataulut painavat päälle. Jälkikäteen neuvojia riittää kyllä riesaksi asti.

      Mastertop on varmasti hyvä ratkaisu, jos se sopii omaan kohteeseen. Olen kyllä nyt tyytyväisempi epoksipinnoitteeseen, sillä seinien ollessa valmiina epoksilla saatiin täytettyä lattian ja seinän rajaan jääneet kolot siististi, tehtyä epoksimassasta ”jalkalistat” ja nostettua epoksia seinälle kymmenisen senttiä, joten sulamis-, yms. vedet eivät kastele kipsilevyseinää pilalle. Mastertopilla tämä ei olisi onnistunut.

    • Tuon pointti oli (tai ainakin tarkoitus), että varsinkin ensirakentaja (kuten itsekin) saattaa saada hyvin erilaisia neuvoja, ohjeita yms. jotka sitten rahassa tarkoittaa x tuhatta euroa suuntaan tai toiseen. Samasta syystä myös rakentamisen kustannukset heittelee ”samanlaisissa” taloissa isolla haitarilla.
      Omat kokemukset epoksilattioista on vähän niin ja näin, ainakaan teollisuuden halleissa ne ei tahdo kestää ja ovat liukkaita.
      Siksi siis Mastertop ja siihen ollaan tyytyväisiä, ei ole jäänyt auton nastojen yms. rakentamisen jälkiä pintaan koska se on oikeasti aika kovaa. Vastaavasti taas lattian ja seinän raja on tehty rst-levyillä (L-lista). Nuo on siis tehty ihan suunnitelman mukaan.

      Erilaisia ja erihintaisia ratkaisuja joilla on haettu samaa lopputulosta.
