Edellisessä viestissä kerrottiin jo eteisen ovesta, mutta lisääkin huomautettavaa on tullut vastaan.

Ruokailutilasta terassille vievään aukkoon asennettin Profinin liukuovi/maisemaikkuna, kts. kirjoitus maaliskuulta. Kesällä auringonpaisteessa  huomasimme lasissa pystysuuntaisia raitoja, jotka eivät lähde pesemällä pois koska ne tuntuvat olevan lasin sisäpuolella. Raidat näkyvät aika hyvin tässä kuvassa:

Profin toimitti meille uuden lasin ja muut tykötarpeet vaihtoa varten ja lupasivapa vielä korjata timpureidemme tekemää asennusta hieman, joten erinomaisen hyvää palvelua Profinilta. Uusi lasi on siis jo tullut ja nyt odotellaan asentajaa.

Keittiöön asennettiin Puustellin toimittama Grohen Zedra hana, kts. kirjoitus toukokuulta. Kesäkuussa meillä pidettiin kunnan toimesta KVV-tarkastus ja tarkastaja huomautti hanan kääntyvän vapaasti yli altaan reunojen, mahdollistaen veden juoksutuksen altaan ohi ja näin aiheuttaen vesivahingon mahdollisuuden.

Asiasta tekee hieman koomisen ensinnäkin se että tuossa ei ole vain pelkkä allas, vaan ”yhtä puuta” oleva tiskipöytä jossa vieläpä on korotetut reunat. Eli jos tuohon vettä vähän valuu niin kyllä se altaaseen päätyy. Toisekseen hanassa on ulosvedettävä suihkuputki, joten sillä voi kyllä roiskia vettä ympäri keittiötä, oli rajoitinta tai ei. Sitäpaitsi noita hanoja lienee Suomessakin asennettu vähintään satoja…

Olin yhteydessä Puustelliin ja sain sieltä kautta tiedoksi Grohen maahantuojan kannan, jossa todetaan ko. rakentamismääräyskokoelman (PDF) pykälän 2.3.11.1 olevan ohje eikä määräys. Lähetin asiasta sähköpostia kunnan KVV-tarkastajalle ja nyt odotellaan vastausta mielenkiinnolla.

Puustellista puheenollen, yhtä KHH:n kaapin ovea odotellaan vielä. Kyllä se sieltä on tulossa, mutta loma-aikakin on hidastanut asiaa. Saamme silti hyvityksenä Iittalan All Steel kattilasarjan, mikä tuleekin tarpeeseen induktiolieden takia. Lähes kaikki vanhat kun jouduttin toimimattomina viemään mökille. Joka tapauksessa varsin mallikkaasti Puustelli on toiminut, vaikka tehdas onkin töpeksinyt melkoisesti.

Vessaan asennettiin peilin molemmin puolin pystyyn Massive Seaboard valaisimet, kts. kirjoitus heinäkuulta. Eräänä päivänä toisen valaisimen lasinen ”kupu” tipahti lattialle ja meni tietysti tuhannen päreiksi. Ihmettelimme asiaa, kunnes tutkimme valaisinta tarkemmin. Näytti siltä että yksi neljästä kupua kiinnipitävästä muoviliuskasta oli murtunut jo aiemmin ja sitä oli yritetty kiinnittää takaisin sulattamalla murtunutta kohtaa sytkärillä. Kohta on sellainen että mikään oikosulku tms. ei palamisjälkiä ja sulamista selitä:

Koska valaisimet tulivat avaamattomissa paketeissa Juhan Sähköstä, emmekä itse niihin olleet koskeneet, kysäisin asennuksen suorittaneelta Terawatilta olisiko mahdollista että heidän asentajalleen olisi käynyt vahinko. He myönsivät tapahtuneen reilusti ja lupasivat toimittaa uuden valaisimen. Pisteet hyvästä palvelusta siis myös Terawatille.

LVI Kapanen (Pasi) hankki ja asensi suunnitellun Enervent Pandion IV-koneen tekniseen tilaan, kts. kirjoitus maaliskuulta. Kesän aikana talossa alkoi pikkuhiljaa kuulua IV-koneesta johtuva ääni kovempana kuin ennen. Pasi oli yhteydessä LVI-suunnittelijaamme, joka tiesi kertoa että ko. mallisarjassa on toimitusaikaan ollut viallisia moottoreita joista rikkoontuu laakerointi.

Pasi soitti sitten Enerventille ja sieltä luvattiin tulla vaihtamaan uusi moottori takuuseen heti kun saavat uusia. Hienoa ongelmanratkaisua LVI Kapaselta, LVI-toimisto T. Rautiaiselta ja Enerventiltä siis. Kiitos.

Emme ole suurta mekkalaa näistä reklamaatiotapauksista nostaneet ja tuntuukin siltä että nätisti pyytämällä tai vähintään asiallisesti keskustelemalla asiat selviää paljon paremmin kuin räyhäämällä. Tai sitten tällä blogilla on arvioituakin suurempi merkitys…

  1. Toi hana juttu on sinänsä mielenkiintoinen, että Ikean hanat on juurikin mallia ”pyörivä”. Ja niitähän asennetaan paaaaaljon.

    Meille pitäisi tulla ikkunat ja ovet piakkoin. Saas nähdä kuin käy.

    Hienoa,että olette saaneet hyvin reklat läpi.

  3. Hienoa, että teillä on riittänyt puhtia vielä reklamointiin ja että kaikki on hoidettu hyvin. Kokemuksen syvällä rintaäänellä sanoisin, että blogilla ON suuri merkitys. Aina tulee virheitä, nille ei voi mitään, mutta loppuviimeksi merkitystä on vain sillä, miten asia hoidetaan. Sellaiset, jotka eivät halua/osaa räyhätä, tulevat helposti ohitetuiksi. Mutta seuratun blogin pitäminen tuo kummasti neuvotteluvoimaa ja painoarvoa.

  4. Meillä on Damixan Arc hana keittiössä ja se on myös mahdollista viedä ”yli” altaan. Kvv-tarkastuksessa ei moisesta huomautettu.

    Siinä Seaboard valaisimessa pitäisi olla siinä alapäässä sellainen peltilevy, jossa on kolme sakaraa. Ne sakarat pitävät lasin paikallaan pystyasennossa.

    Enervent on myös täällä alkanut kuukauden käytön jälkeen pitää erikoista ”jurinaa”. Mallina myöskin Pandion EDE.

  5. Tuo Terawtin omatoiminen korjaaminen on mielestäni paha juttu, koska kupu olisi voinut pudota lattian sijaan pirstaleiksi esim. lapsen päälle. Onneksi ei ollut ketään alla.

  6. Satu: juu, paljonhan niitä pyöriviä hanoja on. Yleensä niissä toki on rajoitin, mutta tuohon meidän malliin sellainen ei mahdu ulosvedettävän letkun takia. Tsemppiä teille rempan loppurutistukseen.

    Onnenhippuja: sisustuspäivityksiä tulee kyllä jossain vaiheessa. Vielä ei vaan oikein ole yksikään huone ihan valmiina ja esittelykunnossa. Paitsi keittiö. Ehkä niistä voisi silti muutaman kuvan ottaa…

    Sari: se on juuri niin että kaikki tekevät virheitä ja usein niiden myöntäminen on jo iso juttu, korjaamisesta puhumattakaan. Itsekin aikanaan asiakaspalveluhommissa olleena muistan että räyhääjille ei kovin mielellään periksi annettu, mukaville ja asiallisille tyypeille helpommin. Tiukka saa olla, mutta huutaminen ja haukkuminen ei ehkä lopulta johda parhaaseen lopputulokseen.

    Marko: meillä mitään peltilevyjä oo… valaisimen asentaja taisi olla joku kesäpoika ja varmaan heittänyt moiset roskiin. Täytyy kysellä, kiitos vinkistä.
    Pandionissa on tosiaan ollut erä viallisia moottoreita, joten Enerventille vaan soittelemaan.

    Anonyymi: juuri näin. En lähtisi silti koko Terawatttia tyrmäämään, koska kyse oli vain yhden asentajan (joka siis ilmeisesti oli vielä joku kesäpoika) hölmöilystä. Vahinkoja toki sattuu kaikille, mutta ei sitä olisi pitänyt tuolla tavalla yrittää peitellä. Muuten olemme kyllä olleet oikein tyytyväisiä Terawattiin.

  7. Pandion ulisee täälläkin ja on luvattu huoltaa heti, kun varaosia taas on. Siihen asti joudumme säätämään ilmanvaihdon minimiin yöksi, jotta saa edes jotenkin melulta nukuttua. Kerrothan, kun tuli teillä kuntoon..Toivoisin tietysti, että kaikkia asiakkaita kohdeltaisiin tärkeinä bloginäkyvyydestä riippumatta.

  8. Hieno juttu, että Puustellilla reklamaatiot otetaan asiallisesti vastaan ja hyvitystäkin olette saaneet! Domukselta olemme saaneet vain surkeaa (olematonta?) palvelua kalusteiden toimituksen jälkeen. Tavaraa on puuttunut ja on tullut väärää, mutta Domukselta ei tunnu kukaan ottavan asiasta vastuuta. On hieman huijattu olo. Pitääpä laittaa taas yksi viesti menemään…

    Tuo hanajuttu on aika jännä. Meidän hana ainakin pyörii ympäri, mutta putkimieskään ei siitä sanonut mitään. Saahan sitä vettä tuonne tasolle ja joka paikkaan, jos niin haluaa, ILMAN hanaakin. :D
