Kiireinen viikko

Viikonloppu taas siivottiin raksalla, sillä viime viikko oli raksarintamalla todella kiireinen. Paljon on tapahtunut ja työt ovat edenneet hienosti. Tässä vähän yhteenvetoa:

Teknisen tilan ja eteisen välistä väliseinää lukuunottamatta kaikki väliseinät ovat levytyksen puolesta valmiita. Toisen makuuhuoneen, työhuoneen ja keittiön sekä vessan katot ovat myös levytyksen puolesta valmiita. Kattojen levytykset puuttuvat siis vielä toisesta makuuhuoneesta, vaatehuoneesta, eteisestä, ullakolta ja olohuoneesta. Myös märkätilojen paneelit puuttuvat toki vielä. Märkätilojen seinämuuraukset sen sijaan on saatu valmiiksi.

Alla kuva vanhempien WC:n suunnasta pesuhuoneeseen päin. Keskellä suihkuseinämä, oikealle jää rako joka muodostaa samalla pesuvälinehyllyn ja suihkuthan on molemmin puolin tätä seinämää. Perällä sauna.

Viime maanantaina Puustellin myyjä Jani kävi tekemässä tarkistusmittauksen keittiö- ja kiintokalustetoimitusta varten. Keittiön kaventuminen parilla sentillä ei onneksi pitäisi aiheuttaa muutoksia. KHH:n toisen seinän kaapistot jouduttiin suunnittelemaan kokonaan uudella tavalla hieman suunnnitellusta poikkeavaan paikkaan asennetun lattialämmityksen jakotukin takia. Onni onnettomuudessa oli että ko. suunnitelmasta tuli itse asiassa parempi kuin alkuperäinen. Eteisen katto on sen verran korkeammalla että sinne saadaan korkeammat kaapit kuin alun perin ajateltiin. Muuten mennään alkuperäisten suunnitelmien mukaan. Keittiötoimitus ja -asennus on sovittu viikolle 14.

Keskiviikkona asennettiin olohuoneesta / ruokailutilasta terassille vievä Profinin liukuovi/maisemaikkuna paikoilleen.

Toi on NIIN hieno, vaikka itse sanonkin…

Lisäksi on järjestelty tulevia töitä koko viikko. Vaihtoehto oharin tehneelle lumimiehelle löytyi Facebookin Raksakimpan kautta eli kattoturvatuotteiden toimittaja on nyt KT Kourutalo Oy, joka sattumalta sijaitsee tuossa ihan lähellä. Ystävällistä ja asiallista palvelua kaikin puolin. Jos vielä ensi viikoksi sovittu asennus menee hyvin, niin suosittelen lämpimästi.

Lumiesteitä tarvitaan vain autotallin pihan puoleiselle sivulle ja talon katolle pohjoispäätyyn radon- ja viemärituuletusputkien kohdalle. Terassin kulkutiet ovat toissijaisia kulkuteitä, eikä siihen kuulemma lumiesteitä tarvita. Tuskin tuosta talvella tulee kuljettuakaan. Piipun ja muiden läpivientien kohdalle ei tarvita lumiesteitä, vaan kulkusilta huoltotoimia varten. Se toimii samalla myös lumiesteenä. Lisäksi tulee tikkaat katolle ja vähän piipun pellitystä. Reilu 2000 euroa uppoaa kuitenkin tuohonkin.

Rännejä ja vesikouruja ei laiteta vielä, olisivat vaan tiellä kun talo maalataan. Sain niistä kuitenkin tarjouksen joka oli 1300 euron paikkeilla.

Tulikiven uunimestarin kanssa on sovittu takan asennus viikolle 12. Siinäkin oli hieman säätöä, kun alunperin meille osoitettu uunimestari olisi ollut vapaana vasta viikolla 18. Joustavasti löytyi kuitenkin toinen uunimestari, joka ehtii aiemmin. Se oli hienoa, sillä laatta-apukin kävi viimein katsomassa työmaan ja hän haluaisi aloittaa parin viikon kuluessa. Laatoitushan siis tulee keittiöstä sen verran olohuoneen puolelle että kiertää takankin ja siksi takka pitäisi siis olla paikoillaan ennen laatoitusta

Tom Allenin kanssa on sovittu maalämpöpumpun asennus viikolle 13. Sitä varten tarvitaan myös Terawatilta sähkömies, joka on jo tilattu. Vähän pitäisi myös kaivaa kuoppaa lämpökaivon ympärille ja Maarakennus Elg lupasi sen hoitaa.

Tunnelin päässä alkaa siis näkyä valoa. Toivottavasti se ei ole juna.

    kierrohan kuinka tuo liukuovi toimii sitten käytännössä. Haaveilemme samanlaisesta, mutta arveluttaa kun tulee katoksettomaan kohtaan. Että pääseekö esim. ovea vasten painautunut ja sulava lumi jostain sisälle liruttelemaan.

    Kuulisin mielelläni, jos jollakulla muulla on ulkoliukuovista kokemusta!

  3. Ikkunakokonaisuuden mitat ovat 2200 x 2100 mm (leveys x korkeus), mutta nuohan tehdään aina mittatilaustyönä.

    Ovi tuntuu toimivan hienosti, liukuu mukavasti ja vaikuttaa hyvin tiiviiltä ja lämpimältä.

    En usko että tuosta vesi tulisi sisään, mutta meillähän tuo on katetulla terassilla joka on myös tarkoitus lasittaa, joten siihen ei edes pääse lumi eikä vesi.

    Minuakin kiinnostaa tuo liukuovi. Meillä on tulossa lasitettu terassi johon toivoisin liukuovea mutta sopivaa ei vielä ole löytynyt. Ehkä tuo olisi ihan hyvä vaihtoehto. Oliko hintava?

  5. Päivi: tuo kustansi rahteineen n. kolme tonnia, mutta varmaan riippuu koosta ja mallistakin paljon. Skaalan vastaavasta sain myös tarjouksen, se oli muistaakseni n. 1500 kalliimpi. Mutta ulkopuite on alumiinia.

    Koko olikin tuossa ylhäällä mainittu. Malli on sellainen että vain toinen puoli aukeaa. Löytyy myös molemmin puolin aukeavaa, lukolla ja ilman yms. yms.
