Lumitöitä ja laminaattia

Tänään oli taas lumitöiden vuoro. Aurausurakoitsija siivoaa kyllä tonttitien ja siitä on iso apu, mutta tontilla on lisäksi kulkuväyliä ja lumen alla niin paljon rakennustarpeita ettei uskalla pyytää koko tonttia auraamaan koneella.

Allekirjoittanut kolasi kulkuväylät ja Kristiina kaivoi kuistin sekä tavarapinon esiin hangesta. Suuret kiitokset myös anopille joka viihdytti Pikkuraksaajaa lähes koko päivän.

Kyllähän tuota muuten tekisi, mutta kun ei oikein enää ole mitään paikka mihin tuota lunta työntäisi. Penkat alkavat olla jo niin korkeita ettei kolallakaan tahdo jaksaa työntää niin ylös. Saisi alkaa jo pikkuhiljaa sulamaan tuo lumi.

Autotallin edustalla olevat liukuovi, takka ja hormi tuli myös kaivettua hangesta. Samoin taas kerran peräkärry.

Positiivinen yllätyskin koettiin tänään. Kahteen edelliseen asuntoomme olimme valinneet lattiamateriaaliksi öljytyn Merbau-parketin, joka on erittäin kaunis, todella mukava paljaankin jalan alla, lämmin ilman lattialämmitystäkin ja kestää hyvin myös koiran kynsiä. Budjetti- ja ekologisuussyistä, vaihtelun vuoksi sekä käytännöllisyyden takia päätimme jo melko aikaisessa vaiheessa tätä projektia laittaa lattiaan laminaatin.

Tumma, mutta ei niin punertava sävy kuin Merbau oli alusta asti ajatuksena. Laivankansi-kuosinen laminaatti oli myös yhtenä toiveena, mutta ne tahtoivat olla vaaleita tummalla raidalla ja kohtuuttoman kalliita. Oikeaa vaihtoehtoa etsittiin lähes projektin alusta asti, kunnes Bauhausissa törmättiin tähän:

Bauhausin omat nimitykset aiheuttivat hieman harmaita hiuksia, mutta lopulta selvisi että tuo on Paradorin Trendtime 1 -malliston Savutammi-kuosi leveänä lankkumallina, viisteet kaikilla sivuilla. Ko. laminaattia ei oikein tuntunut löytyvänkään muualta kuin Bauhausista, mutta sähköposti Erikoisparketti.fi:lle tuotti iloisen yllätyksen: heiltä löytyy sadan neliön poistuva erä, jonka saisi hintaan 16 € / neliö jos ottaa kaiken! Tilattiin heti. Sata neliötä riittää alakertaan, muttei ehkä ihan enää työhuoneeseen. Sinne laitetaan sitten jotain muuta, tai haetaan Bauhausista loput.

  3. Kannattaa varautua sitten siihen, että laminaatti, vaikka kuinkakin laadukas, ei ole yhtä hyvä ja miellyttävä kuin parketti. Nämä on tietysti niitä makuasioita. :)

  4. Meillä on tuota samaa laminaattia. Oli helppo asentaa ja todella upean näköinen isona pintana. Mutta naarmuuntuu tosi helposti

  5. Hyvän näköinen laminaatti. Näyttää kuvassa suunnilleen samalta kuin meidän valitsema parketti (Parla Baritone). Aika kallis tosin laminaatiksi kun meidän parketti maksoi Puukeskuksesta ostettuna jotain 24€/m2 :)

    Lumitöiden organsiointi on taktiikkalaji, joka pitää aloittaa oikein jo alkutalvesta. Onneksi tajusin tämän jo viime talvena, ja rakensin silloinkin lumesta ramppeja joita pitkin lunta sai työnnettyä helposti pihan perälle lumikasojen yli. Ei loppunut tila missään vaiheessa, vaikka isäni välillä yritti laiskana sabotoida ramppeja kippaamalla lumet ”väärään paikkaan” :D

    Tänäkin talvena on lumityöt onnistuneet hyvällä suunnittelulla niin, että lunta mahtuu vielä vaikka kuinka paljon omalle tontille. Kolattavaa pihaa on n. 130 m2 ja lumenkippausaluetta n. 100 m2 käytössä. Tosin aika korkeita kasoja (tai valleja) tuossa pihalla on, mutta hyvin pääsee niistä yli kun on alkupäähän tehty sopivan loivat rampit :)

  6. Laminaatti on tietysti eri asia kuin parketti, mutta tämä oli tällä kertaa tosiaan ihan tietoinen valinta. Edellisessä talossa yläkerrassa oli laminaatti, joten siitäkin on kokemusta. Tuossa valitsemassamme mallissa on oleellista juuri oikea värisävy, viisteet ja ”leveä yksisauvaisuus”.

    Jos emme ole siihen tyytyväisiä, voihan sen joskus vaihtaa. Ainakin helpommin kuin vaikka kaakelit…

    Tapani: oikeassa olet lumitöiden suhteen. Talvi vaan yllätti meidät housut kintuissa enkä oikein uskonut että tänä talvena tulee lunta vielä enemmän kuin viime talvena.

    Täytyy pitää tuo ramppisysteemi mielessä ensi talvena. Nyt on vaan ”hieman” hankalaa, kun osa rakennustarpeista on tuolla hangen alla eikä kukaan tietenkään muista mitä on missäkin :-(
