Perävaunumme oli raksalla täynnä perustusurakasta jäänyttä styroks-roskaa. Myös pystytyksestä ja kattoasennuksesta jääneet roskat olimme keränneet jätesäkkeihin. Koska tarvitsemme perävaunua viikonloppuna muualla, lähdin eilen illalla hakemaan sitä ja roskia ajatuksena kaatiskeikka. Tontille tullessani huomasin että alkuviikon myrsky oli ilmeisesti käynyt visiitillä. Se oli lennättänyt pressun pois isoimman tavarapinon päältä huolimatta painavista kuormalavoista ja lankuista jotka oli siinä painona. Pinon päältä oli lentänyt vielä neljä tuulensuojalevyä ympäri tonttia ja tietysti hajonnut ja kastunut. Myös muiden pinojen päällä olleita suojia tuuli oli riepotellut, mutta onneksi mitään suurempaa vahinkoa ei tullut. Ja suojaukset korjattua sain lopulta roskatkin vietyä.

LVI-urakoitsijan piti aloittaa tänään viemäreiden teolla, mutta useista lupauksista huolimatta LVI-suunnittelija ei toimittanut hänelle kuvia ajoissa. Kuvat saatiin lopulta tänään puolilta päivin, mutta sovimme urakoitsijan kanssa että hän aloittaa vasta maanantaina että jää aikaa tutustua kuviin ja tilata tarvikkeet. Parempi kuitenkin niin, kuin että hätäillään reiät vääriin paikkoihin ontelolaatoissa.

Alun perin talotoimituksen papereista puuttuivat jäykistyslaskelmat. Onneksi tarkka vastaavamme huomasi asian ja pyysi niitä Teriltä. Tuusulan rakennusvalvontakin kun niitä vaatii. Saimme laskelmat tänään ja ne edellyttävät vähän lisähommia, esim. alakerran päätyseiniin tulee sisäpuolelle vanerilevyjä jäykisteeksi. Teri-Talot hoitaa noiden asennnuksen ja tarvittavat materiaalit.

Pikku murheita siis, mutta mielummin niitä kuin isoja…
