Pääkaupunkiseudeun tonttitilanne on kyllä ihan päätön, vai mitä sanotte esim. tästä Espoon Vanttilassa jakoon tulevasta tontista: 385 neliötä, hinta 77 850 €.

  1. Ihan järkyttäviä kokoja ja hintoja. Ei tuollaista 385 neliön tonttia voi kyllä omakotitalotontiksi sanoa. Siihen kun laittaa talon ja autopaikat, niin ei jää paljoa pihaa…

    Ja aika heikkoja esityksiä nuo muutkin Espoon tontit. Esim Suurpellosta 500 m2 105 000€. Ja alue on suota, eli 20 metriä paalutusta aika varma. Ja kalliiksi tulee kun ei tuollaisella tontilla mahdu rakentamisen aikana varastoimaan maata tai yhtään mitään muutakaan.

  2. Joo-o, omalla tontilla on neliöitä muutamaa vaille 1000, kalliopohja ja hienot metsämaisemat sekä kaikki palvelut kävelyetäisyydellä, kauppahinta viime vuonna silti Espoon minitonttia pienempi. Ai niin, ja Espoon rajalle matkaa noin 3 kilometriä ;)

    Ja noitako joku ostaa – siis noita Espoon postimerkkitontteja rökälehinnoilla? APUA! Oon luullu, että 1000 neliötä on pieni, mutta isohan se on noihin neliöihin verrattuna.

    Taidan olla aika onnekas. Ja köyhä. 4000 neliötä alle kahella kympillä kovapohjaisessa metsässä kera järvimaisemien. Kauppahinnassa mukana vesi- ja viemäriliittymät. Tosin sinne Espooseen ajaa täältä pari tuntia, mutta ei tämmösellä tavan tallukalla ole sinne mitään asiaa.

  4. Tanakka hintapyyntö. Mahtaakohan rakennustapaohjeet olla sitten vielä luokituksellaan haastavat?! Taidanpa siis katsella entistä aktiivisemmin näitä meidän itäisiä maita ja mantuja.

  5. Joopa. Mä maksoin itseni omasta mielestäni kipeäksi kolmesta hehtaarista, se oli hinnoiteltu sen mukaan, että siitä saa lohkottua omakotitalotontteja (en tiedä, saisiko, ehkä pariin voisi saada rakennusluvan). Ja hinta oli 23000 euroa.
    Mutta ei tää ole Espoossa päinkään. Onneksi.

    Tillinmäki on kivanoloista seutua, mutta en sittenkään ymmärrä noita hintoja. Enkä tontin kokoja. Maalainen tässä kommentoi, kuten huomaatte.

    Mutta siis Suomen mittakaavassa, tuhat kilometriä ja vajaa 700km, ja silti omakotitalot pitää tunkea postimerkeille ja liikennejärjestelyt tehdä niin, että ainoa mahdollisuus kulkea on oma auto.

Ja kuten Tapanikin tuossa jo mainitsi, Suurpelto on melkoista hetteikköä – muistan lapsuudesta, että keväisin pelloilla oli pahimmillaan pari saappaanvarrenmittaa vettä kun sieltä kavereiden kanssa kävimme pajunoksia keräämässä. Siinä sitten kuivattelimme pari päivää saappaita keruureissun jälkeen.

  10. Meillä maksoi 1300 m² tontti Espoon Tillinmäkeen vähän yli 200 000 € viime syksynä. Silloin se tuntui kalliilta mitä se on nytkin verrattuna muuhun Suomeen. Nyt kuitenkin tonttien hinnat Espoossa ovat nousseet tuostakin ja nyt samalla rahalla saa puolet pienemmän tontin. Talon rakennus aloitettiin keväällä ja alkukesästä pitäisi päästä uuteen kotiin. Olemme ihan keskituloisia eli laina on aikamoinen. Silti uskomme selviytyvämme siitä. Ei tässä oikein muu auta :). Kun työt ovat täällä ja pitkät työmatkat eivät innosta niin muutto pidemmälle ei innostanut kun talon paikkaa etsittiin.

  11. No huh huh!! Hinta ja koko ei kyllä nyt ihan kohtaa. Meillä tontilla kokoa vähän vajaa 1300m2 ja hintaa oli vähän vajaa 18 000e :D Kylläpä tuntuu oma tontti halvalta. Ei sen puolen, asustetaan tälläistä keskikokoista kaupunkia, joten täällä tontit tietenkin edullisempia.
