Nyt alkaa olla kaikki tekijät ja muut tarvittavat tahot kasassa. Viimeisimpänä hyväksyttiin LVI Kapanen Ky:n tuntityötarjous LVI-töistä. Ja jos ei ole tullut mainittua, sähköurakoinnin hoitaa sähkösuunnittelunkin tehnyt Terawatt Oy. Telineet puolestaan toimittaa Tapanin vinkkaama Insinööritoimisto Silta ja Teline Oy. Aikataulusyistä sovimme nyt niin että he tulevat pystyttämään telineet autotallia varten. Puramme ne siitä sitten itse ja kasaamme uudestaan taloa varten. Timpuri on myös valittu. Vesaa suositeltiin ja tapaamisen jälkeen hyväksyimme hänen tarjouksensa. Isoimmista jutuista puuttuu päätökset portaiden ja terassin liukuoven toimittajista.

Pientä säätöä on vielä perustusten tekijöiden kanssa autotallin, kuistin ja terassin laatan valun kanssa. Autotallin pohjarakenne nimittäin muuttui urakkasopimuksen teon jälkeen ja kuistin ja terassin laattaa siinä ei oltu huomioitu lainkaan.
