Kotiuduimme eilen aamulla kuuden jälkeen. Ilmainen pikku vinkki: älä lähde 10 tunnin lennolle alle 2-vuotiaan vekaran kanssa, ellei ole ihan pakko…

Illalla pyörähdimme tontilla tarkastamassa tilanteen. Siellä näytti tältä:

Paalutus valmis

Paalutus maksoi 8500 €:n paikkeilla eli vähän enemmän kuin arvioitiin, koska paalut olivat hieman ennakoitua pidempiä, 7-8 metriä.

Poissaollessamme kunta oli lähestynyt meitä postitse ja pyysi päärakennesuunnittelijan ilmoituskaavaketta sekä kopiota maaperätutkimuksesta, joten niitä piti alkaa väsäämään. Myös verohallitus oli keksinyt että omistamme maapalan ja tuli heti osingoille kiinteistöveron muodossa. Olivat vaan keksineet siihen jostain ihan oudon osoitteen. Sitä pitää selvitellä seuraavaksi.

    Ja on se kumma että kunnat ja verottaja on heti tietoisia siitä missä mennään ja ne ei aikaile sekuntiakaan. Täälläkin kaupunki kunnostautui laskujen lähettämisessä niin että kerkesivät laskuttaa asioita joita ei vielä ollut edes tapahtunut.. No mutta hyvältä teidän tontti kuitenkin jo näyttää, siitä se lähtee! :)
