Eilen teimme Puustellin kanssa kaupat eteisen, vessojen ja kodinhoitohuoneen kiintokalusteista. Luottomyyjämme Jani Luukkonen Puustellin Vantaan myymälästä teki taas hyvät suunnitelmat ja tarjouksen, kuten aiemmin kerroimme. Otamme Puustellista muut paitsi hanat, Janin arveltua että saamme hanat halvemmalla putkiurakan yhteydessä.

Lämmityksen osalta päädyimme hyväksymään Tom Allen Oy:n tarjouksen. Tarjous oli saamistamme hinnaltaan keskivaiheilla, mutta selkein, kattavin ja vakuuttavin. Se miellytti meitä itseämme eniten ja kun LVI-suunnittelijammekin sitä suositteli, niin päätös oli helppo. Meille tulee siis maalämpöpumpuksi Danfoss DHP-H8. Vesikiertoinen lattialämmitys toteutetaan Thermofloorin tuotteilla ja Danfossin säätöjärjestelmällä. Porakaivoa on suunniteltu porattavan 155 metriä. Koko homman hinta asennuksineen on 17000 euron huitteilla.

Viilennyksestä ja ilmastoinnista puhuttiin monenkin tarjoajan kanssa, mutta päätimme taas tässä kohtaa vähän säästää. Asiantuntijat kertoivat ettei porakaivosta saatava ”maakylmä” riitä kunnolla koko talon viilennykseen, varsinaiseesta ilmastoinnista puhumattakaan. Oikeaan ilmastointikoneeseen emme halua investoida ja lisäksi kylmä ilma vaatisi eristetyt ilmastointiputket, jotka taas maksaisivat lisää. Talosta tulee kuitenkin nykymääräyksin eristetty ja makuuhuoneet ovat idän puolella, joten eiköhän tuossa pärjätä ilmankin ilmastointia. Jos ei, niin avataan ikkunoita.

    Selvennykseksi vielä että meillä IV-putket tulee kokonaisuudessaan yläpohjan lämpöeristeen sisäpuolelle, joten niitä ei muuten tarvitse eristää, lämpimässä tilassa kun kuljettavat lämmintä ilmaa. Paitsi tuloilmaputki, joka tietysti kyllä eristetään.
