Olen kritisoinut joidenkin rakennusalan ihmisten ja yritysten tapaa olla vastaamatta sähköposteihin ja erityisesti tarjouspyyntöihin lupauksista huolimatta. No, täysin päinvastaistakin tapaa toimia ilmenee. Viime aikoina mm. Sininen sähkö, Nord Energy Oy ja Spigot Oy ovat ottaneet oma-aloitteisesti yhteyttä ja tarjonneet palvelujaan. Olivat saaneet tiedon rakennusprojektistamme joko kunnan sivuilla olevalta myönnettyjen rakennuslupien listalta tai yhteistyökumppanilta jonka kanssa olemme jo tehneet sopimuksen.

Toisaalta tuo on ihan hienoa, mutta sitten herää epäilys; onko sittenkin niin että ne vastaamatta jättäneet ovat niitä hyviä tekijöijä joilla on kädet täynnä töitä muutenkin, eikä tarvitse joka hommaa ottaa? Ja onko nämä oma-aloitteiset niitä, jotka ei saa töitä puskaradion kautta asiakkaiden huonojen kokemusten takia? (Tämä on niin suomalaista, että itseäkin naurattaa; koskaan ei ole hyvä!)

  1. Minulle on muistaakseni lähinnä soitelleet lattialämmitysmyyjät. Tasoiteurakkaan valitsin tekijän, josta en tiennyt ennen kuin sieltä soitettiin. Mutta ihan hyvin homma lopulta meni, vaikka aikataulusta vähän livettiin.

    Mutta aika vähän on kyllä tainut myyjät minulle soitella, tai sitten olen vain pyyhkinyt tapaukset muistista turhina :)

    Näin ei varmastikaan ole. Ne jotka vastaavat nopeasti ja antavat tarjouksen nopeasti haluavat myydä työnsä (ja osaavat sen myydä) ja todennäköisesti tekevät sen hyvin ja aikataulussa.

    Ne jotka eivät vastaa mitään (tai vastaavat viikkojen päästä) voi varmasti jättää ihan suosiolla pois kilpailutuksesta.
