Lähetimme toissa viikolla talotehtaille tarjouspyynnöt talopaketeista. Sen jälkeen ei ole mitään kuulunut, joten soittelin perään tänään, vaikka tarjoukset pyydettiinkin toimittamaan vasta ensi perjantaihin mennessä. Muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta jäi sellainen olo ettei kaupanteko paljon kiinnosta. Yksi sanoi ihan suoraankin että: ”Lähetä tarjouspyyntö uudestaan niin tehdas näkee että olette oikeasti kiinnostuneita.” Hei haloo! Tarjouspyyntömme oli hyvin kattava kaikkine tarpeellisine tietoineen ja rakennuslupapiirustuksineen, vastaavan työnjohtajamme muotoilema, joten mitään epäselvää kiinnostuksestamme tai muusta ei pitäisi olla.
Selityksiä kyllä oli monilla; ”kone hajosi ja kaikki sähköpostit hävisi” ja ”mulla on 60 tarjouslaskentaa jonossa” tai sitten vaan ”kyllä mä sen tarjouspyynnön näin, mutta en ole vielä tehnyt mitään”. Minusta olisi joka tapauksessa kohteliasta vastata edes että on saanut viestin ja palaa asiaan tms.
Pari poikkeustakin tosiaan oli joukossa ja jos yhden puhelinkeskustelun perusteella pitäisi kauppaa tehdä, niin valinta olisi palveluhalukkuuden perusteella ilman muuta Teri-Talot. Iso plussa tässä vaiheessa myös Finndomon myyjälle.
Jokusia tarjouksia pitäisi nyt kuitenkin olla tulossa. Katsotaan miten käy.
heheh, sama homma ihmetytti minua. Meillä tarjouspyyntöjä pyydettiin vielä aikana kun rakentaminen uutisten mukaan oli vähän hyytymään päin. Olisi luullut myyjiä kiinnostavan. Mutta mekin saimme kokoajan todella hyvää palvelua Teri-taloilta. Myyjä oli ainoa joka oikeasti oli kiinnostunut myymään. Kävimme myös katsomassa yhtä valmista Teri-taloa ja rakentaja kertoi homman toimineen hienosti myös kaupanteon jälkeen.

Eräs talomyyjä myös ”hyökkäsi” kimppuun (s.postin välityksellä onneksi), kun ei päädytty heidän talopakettiin. Niin törkeää kielenkäyttöä, että pitää kyllä ihmetellä tuon alan toimintamalleja…?!
Näinhän siinä käy kun rakentaminen käy taas kuumana.
Keväällä kaikki herää rakennushommiin ja kevät on kuulemma kiireisintä aikaa tarjouslaskennassa. Onneksi itsellä tonttikuviot ratkesivat keväällä joten suunnittelut ja tarjouskilpailu jäi syksylle. Silloin ehtivät hyvin palvella.
Osa tympeästä jengistä voi kyllä rajata heti pois. Näin sekä tässä että muissakin kilpailutusjutuissa. Esim köökkimyyjät, jotka soittelee kk myöhemmin kuin tarjous on pyydetty ja selittelee omia kiireitään. Ei kiinnosta henk. koht työorganisointiongelmat! Halutaan vaan köökki! Ja senhän saa kilpailevasta yrityksestä! :D

meillä Teri-Talot oli kalliimpi kuin Kannustalo. Yllättäen myös Jukkatalojen paketti oli kalliimpi. Ei kannata aina mielikuvien hämätä. Kannustalolta sai aikahyvän talviedun…
Meillä kävi ihan samalla tavalla! Pyydettiin tarjoukset neljältä tekijältä, joista yhdeltä ei koskaan tarjousta saatu. Kovasti he kuulemma ”vielä yrittävät” saada laskennat tehtyä. Ja se yksi oli Luja-talo. Muilta kivitalorakentajilta olen kuullut samaa viestiä juuri Lujaa koskien.
Juu, samat kokemukset meilläkin kahden vuoden takaisesta tarjouspyyntökierroksesta. Kannustalon myyjää kaupanteko kiinnosti, ja hän järjesti meille myös useamman mahdollisuuden käydä katsomassa valmiita taloja. Nuo käynnit olivatkin todella tärkeitä, esim. pohjaratkaisun kannalta nähtiin livenä monta ratkaisua, jotka paperilla näyttivät hyvälle, mutta oikeasti eivät toimineet, näin saimme omaa pohjaamme parannettua huomattavasti. Kannattaa ehdottomasti vaatia talomyyjältä mahdollisuutta käydä valmiissa taloissa ennen päätöksentekoa. On erikoista, jos eivät sitä pysty/halua järjestää. Talo on kuitenkin useimmille elämän suurin investointi, ja koeajetaanhan autojakin…
Meillä pisimmän korren veti Kannustalo, joka ei, vastoin yleistä käsitystä, ollut kallein. Teri-talo oli kalliimpi, ja myyjä oli vähän sellainen käytettyjen autojen kauppiaan oloinen, ei erityisen luottamusta herättävä. Nyt asutaan Kannustalossa, ja ollaan paitsi taloon ja materiaaleihin, myös talomyyjän ja -tehtaan palveluun erittäin tyytyväisiä.
