Lisäksi tarvitaan rakennuslupa yms. ja myös ne saa kunnalta ja tietysti maksua vastaan. Rakennuslupahakemukseen pitää liittää kaikenmaailman lomakkeita ja todistuksia. Niitä saa myös kunnalta mutta ehei, ei tietenkään ilmaiseksi.

Erityisen hienoa on se, että vaikka ostat tontin kunnalta, tarvitset rakennuslupahakemusta varten sieltä rahaa vastaan silti mm. seuraavia:

  • Selvitys omistus- tai hallintaoikeudesta (eikös me just ostettu se teiltä?)
  • Kiinteistörekisteriote (ja maksettiinkin!)
  • Läjän karttoja (luulis teidän tietävän missä se on kun kerran myittekin)
  • Vesihuoltolaitoksen liittymishakemus (ja mä kun olisin niin halunnut elää ilman vettä ja viemäriä)

Sitten ne kaikki palautetaan takaisin kuntaan. Kätevää. Onkohan tuossa mitään järkeä? Ei taida oikea käsi tietää mitä vasen tekee…
