Saimme Tapanilta jo maanantaina ensimmäiset luonnokset pohjista, poikkileikkauksesta ja tonttisovituksesta. Näyttää siltä että unelmiemme talo on mahdollista sovittaa tontille fiksusti.

Kuvassa pohjoinen on vasemmalla ja itä ylhäällä.

Pohjan idea, malli ja muoto on tosi hyvä. Talon runko on selkeän suorakaiteen muotoinen. Vähän kalliita nurkkia, mikä on hyvä. Toiselle sivulle Tapani oli suunnitellut viherhuone-vilpola yhdistelmän, joka paitsi tuo kaipaamaamme eloisuutta muuten yksinkertaiseen ulkonäköön, toimii aivan loistavasti kodinhoitohuoneen, ruokailutilan ja pihan kanssa.

Katto on pulpettimallinen ja viherhuone-vilpolan katto vasten sitä. Koska pulpetti nousee aika korkealle ja sauna-pesuhuone-KHH osastolle tulee kuitenkin normaalinkorkuinen sisäkatto, sauna-pesuhuone-KHH osaston päälle jää ekstrana sopiva tila työhuoneelle ja vaatehuoneelle. Vaikka toiveissamme olemme puhuneet yksitasoisuudesta, pidämme tuosta ratkaisusta todella paljon. Tärkeimmät tilat jäävät kuitenkin alas.

Talon koko on toiveidemme ylärajalla tai ehkä hieman ylikin, mutta ehkä siitä saa trimmattua vielä löysät pois. Muutenkin eri tilojen kokoja pitää säätää, toiset ovat liian isoja ja toiset hieman ahtaita.

Pari miinustakin on; vessanpönttö näkyy suoraan saunaan, etelän suuntaan ei sisältä juurikaan näe, sisäänkäynnin olisi ehkä luontevampaa olla eteläseinustalla tulosuunnassa eikä itäseinustalla, vanhempien makuuhuoneeseen käynti on saunan pukuhuoneenakin toimivan aulan kautta.
